Welcome to this 3-bedroom condo in the exclusive neighbourhood of Langosta/Tamarindo. The gated complex, being on the shores of Langosta beach and walking distance to the tourist hub of Tamarindo, makes this the perfect choice for groups to enjoy tranquility of the area yet having easy access to all the amenities. Enjoy quiet mornings on the patio, go out front to surf or swim in the natural tide pools, and complete the day front row to the amazing sunsets. Life can`t get better than this!

This Bahia Langosta unit is part of a 23-unit gated complex right on the sands of Langosta Beach. It is on the first floor, providing easy access to the beach and the pool area.

The unit itself just under went an extensive remodel and upgrade!

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium, allowing for ample space for groups of friends and families. The master bedroom has a large king sized bed with closet space and an ensuite bathroom, allowing for maximal privacy for our primary guests. The second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen sized bed and the third bedroom has an additional two full beds.

The main area is open with a kitchen and dining area perfect for those gourmet chefs in the group. The spacious living space will allow groups to hangout and catch up on the day, play games, or simply watch a movie. This living space can turn into an additional sleeping area, as the couch is a sofa bed for those extra large groups.

Finally, there is a spacious patio off the living room that leads out directly to the refreshing pool and becomes an additional area for guests to relax and lounge. There is also a direct beach access from the common condominium grounds out to Langosta beach.

Whether you decide to spend your stay at the condo, explore the surrounding area of Langosta and Tamarindo, or call this the home base to take day trips from, it is the perfect property for any family or group of friends.

Although everything is in walkable distance (20 min walk to Tamarindo centre), a car, golf cart, or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! Please contact us for reservations.

This property is within the upscale area of Langosta beach, a neighbourhood of Tamarindo. This condo is in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub of Tamarindo (only a 4-minute drive to Tamarindo centre). A peaceful 20 minute walk on the beach (or you can choose to walk via the paved road) will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the infamous Tamarindo beach! If you want a more tranquil and secluded beach environment, you`re only a few steps away from Langosta beach! Go during low tide to explore the various tide pools. It`s also the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets at the end of the day. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet it is in a quiet, exclusive area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate.

Langosta Beach is right in front of your complex. However, if you wish to explore the rest of Langosta and get to the Tamarindo central, for convenience and ease, you may want to rent a golf cart. Please let us know if you would like further information on golf cart or other rentals.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.

Wonderful condo right on the beach. The well equipped kitchen was nice so we could make a lot of our meals. City-wide water issues caused some anxiety but the property managers were very responsive which was greatly appreciated!
