Fint hotel
Fint hotel som ligger litt i ingenmannsland. Det finnes flere enkle spisesteder en kort biltur unna. Veldig hyggelig personale som alltid var hjelpsomme. Fikk rommet 3 timer før innsjekk. Litt bråkete AC. Frokost inkludert i prisen, den var overraskende bra. Hotellet har et lite basseng, problemet var at det var skygge der det meste av dagen. Bodde der i forbindelse med en konsert i BB&T, enkelt å komme seg dit med Uber.

Furniture all throughout the room was sticky. In my 3 day stay I had to go to the front desk 6 seperate times to get my room key activated. Found 3 small German roaches in the bathroom. Furniture is not updated. Its old. This property was rated as Wonderful which is why i chose it. It was barely mediocre at best.

Checked into my room and noticed a roach on the bed side table and one on the floor on the opposite side of the room😟 the next day I saw about 4 more, one in the bathroom, another on the bedside table and two more on the table drawer. I was so grossed out. The front desk happily changed my room for us and upgraded us to a suite. It was such an inconvenience to have to move in the first place. I’m not sure I would stay at that property again. Breakfast was average, not many options.

The room was fine and clean. However, the carpets in the corridors are filthy and actually quite disgusting. That turned me off of everything. You need to replace them.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Tasty and filling breakfast items. Eggs, pork protein, oatmeal, yougurt, toast, bagels, fruit juice, coffee and tea all available. As well as my favorite, waffle machine. It is close to highways and Sawgrass Mills Mall. Would stay again if in the area. Happy with our stay!

Located in a commercial / industrial area. Close to the airport (20 minutes). Stayed only overnight for a long layover. Facilities are ok, will need remodeling soon. Clean, safe. Good for a short stay.

The room is dated and in need of updating. All the furniture in the room was sticky to the touch and the carpet was stained and dirty. My wife and I cleaned some of the furniture. The exterior of the property looked ok. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate for the price point.

First let me say the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. But the room itself had several issues, the curtains didn't close properly, the furniture was all dinged up, carpet was stained, and the bathroom shower was broken. It was cleaned well but it seemed dingy.

Where do I start? First and foremost there was only one functional elevator, which made getting to the 3rd floor an adventure each time we had to use it, the refrigerator in the room did not work, and the room had roaches! As a BONUS, the hallway on the 3rd floor felt like an INFERNO. For almost $200.00 a night, I felt CHEATED! 😕😠😡

The guest service agent Sarah that checked me in was absolutely amazing and friendly. She has a great attitude, very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was also nice and made sure my room was cleaned and we had enough towels.

clean but problems.
room was clean however only 1 elevator working left a big wait time for guests. also the window blackout shade would not lift up. instead of fixing it maintenance just folded it up which I could have done. also the heat would not shut off in my room.

Our truck was broken into, during the day, while parked in the parking lot. The parking lot needs security cameras or some type of security guards. Rooms need to be updated. The air conditioner in our room was loud and woke us up several times during the night, turning on. The rug in the room was dirty. Need to update to washable surface, like tile. We didn't even want to walk on it barefoot.

Good evening, I do apologize. I didn't know that your vehicle was broken into. Did you make a report to the local police. I will get with maintenance and have the ac looked at and the floor as well. I do apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced here at the hotel.

Good evening. Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that your stay here was not satisfactory. We will be renovating the interior of the property soon. We did the outside first and now we do the inside. /We are looking to get rid of the carpet with the new renovation.
