Had a nice stay, but the room was dirty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned after the last visitors as it still was poo floating the toilet, as well as brown stains on the toilet seat. Really liked the pool and saunas.

Fint hotell med nærhet til det meste. Gode senger, grei størrelse på rommet og hyggelig betjening. Helt ok frokost, men rundstykkene kunne godt ha vært gjennomstekt. Spa anlegget var fint, men veldig kaldt, også i vannt. Rentog pent.

claimed things did not happen, staff too busy, little helpfull, unpolite, too much queue all day arround, food too poor, not enough,questions about air conditioning, room, whatever stuff didnt help,customer is left alone, many things at spa didnt function at all(massage shover,shower) even it was written on hotells nett site that they had it. Summary- beyond dissappointed, basic stuff didt work, paid far too much

Nice hotel with central location
High standard, good value for money. Absolutely recommended, but there was two issues: Noise from the ventilation system woke me up every hour until I asked for a new room at 0400AM. A rough night. The breakfast was OK, except for the bacon, which tasted nothing.

Det var mye brok midt på dagen, og midt på natt. Veldig mye folk på spa, akkurat etter pandemye, ingen avstand til frokost.

Hei, Er meget bra beliggenhet og god sørvis, men! det er mye støy fra restauranten på kvelden ( musikk ) og veldig høy støy nivå fra ventilasjon både på badet og på rommet og ( etter den selve ventilasjon ble slått av, det høres fra ventilasjons/teknisk rommet fra gangen. Far from a four star hotel, quite dissapointing
Quite dissapoited. Check-in was as expected, nice reseptionists, everything ok. Room: No toiletries except from two showercaps and a dispenser on the wall with little soap left. Old, worn out bathrobes, no possibilities for coffe or tea at room if not asked for it, and available. Could hear people in adjoining rooms, the view var a huge car park and cruiseterminals, but ok. We choosed the hotel because of the swimming-pool and the info about a children's pool. It var very tiny (under 10 m2?) with 3 strong water sprays out of the wall and packed with teen-age girls. It was quite a lot of middelaged men chasing young challenging dressed girls in both the bigger pools, where one is warmer than the one surrounding the whirlpools. Man at pool entrance more concerned about footballmatch, seemed annoyed by guest asking for help. Had to take towels from room to pool...! People in robes in elevtor. Breakfast: caotic. Not enough places to sit, even if a lot of tables were free and stacked. No artifical sweetner for tea and coffee. Good range of bread, also wholegrain. Wanted 15 euro deposit and 15 euro rent for an umbrella. Never experienced that before. Great for adults who like to party and not concerned about comfort. Short distance to tram, buses and ferrys.

Had to book a room here last minute and I’m pleased I did. Room was comfortable and secure and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet in the morning.

I loved the spa facility, the only downside was you only had 1 small bath towel amd hand towel each and that was for use in the spa and in the room. Although i suppose it cuts down on washing so is better for the environment 🙃

Hienoinen pettymys
Ulko-uima-allas oli suljettu, mikä oli todella suuri pettymys. Ulkoallas oli syy hotellin valintaan, joten harmitti kovasti. Toisen sisäaltaan pohjassa yksittäisiä rikkinäisiä kaakeleita, josta tytär sai vertavuotavan haavan. Aamupala ihan kelpo. Omaan makuun sängyt liian pehmeitä ja keinuvia. Kävi myös huono tuuri huonevalinnan kanssa, kun ennen klo 7 ikkunan ulkopuolella alkoi kuorma-auton lastaus, joka herätti ja metelöi puolisen tuntia. Kävimme 4 vuotta sitten, jolloin olimme kovin tyytyvväisiä ja sen takia tulimmekin uudestaan.
