Nice staff, room looked nice (good size), the maids did a good job as the room was very clean. You had to pay to use the pool 15 euro per day which I think is a bit strange as a guest of the hotel. Most hotels dont charge for using the pool only for treatment of course so i found it strange that guest had to pay for that in this hotel. The light you see in the roof pictures of the hotel pool is not working as i asked and she said it had not been working for a very long time which I think is a bit strange (maybe change the pictures in the hotel then. The breakfast was not very good ( very dry pancakes, coffee tasted bad and sweaty cheese)

Kaldt vann i dusjen! Etter en lang reise gledet vi oss til å ta en dusj før vi la oss men vannet var iskaldt. Slik var det morningen etterpå også, og det var ikke før senere på dagen det ble varmere. Dårlig service ved innsjekk, men bortsett fra det var hotellet greit. Stort og fint rom.

Kan ikke forstå at dette er et av de beste SPA Hotellene. Våt-sonen besto av et stk basseng på 15m, en stk kald dusj og to badstuer. absolutt ikke værdt ekstra pengene. Selv om rommet var veldig fint, så var også sengen alt for hard.

Bra utsikt fra nydelig rom med flott bad og gjennomgående behagelig atmosfære. Upåklagelig service. Flott frokostbuffe, vi prøvde en ypperlig middag på rommet fra in-house dining meny, og ikke minst den lekre restauranten+bar i toppetasjen med spennende meny og super service. Hyggelig spa med sauna og svømmebasseng. Gangavstand til gamlebyen. Av en eller annen grunn ble det vi trodde var "gratis wifi" til noe som var ført opp som "internet premium access" på regningen
