Your host Rorry, has hosted weddings, birthdays, and a myriad of other occasions. Anticipating guests wants and needs is her forte. Her style of hosting is to give the guests space and respond immediately if there are any issues or concerns. Rorry loves hosting and is committed to maintaining her Super Host status.


Join the locals as they walk their dogs, bike, jog, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and serene. Step outside at dusk and listen to the peaceful sounds of cicadas, crickets and chirping birds as you unwind on the porch.
Old Town is the heart of Tallahassee history with Mid-century homes where towering Charter Oaks and Dogwoods line the streets. The area frequently attracts passers-by looking to take a peek at Old Tallahassee in all of its charm. The neighborhood is richly diverse, with college faculty, graduate students, young families and retirees, and cottages situated near mansions. Explore the beautiful, peaceful, charm of Old Town while being only minutes away from Midtown Dining and entertainment.

The property is accessed with a code for the smart lock. The code will be provided the morning of your arrival date. Important to note. Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation.

The house is a duplex and the other side may or may not have guests. Each side has private entrances with its own A/C, laundry and water. The laundry is outside on a private deck inside a shed. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided. The space is super cozy, clean, and comfortable. Beautifully remodeled, tastefully decorated, and furnished with everything you would need for a home away from home experience. It's a little home that packs a-lot of punch in a GREAT location. IMPORTANT to note: The bathroom door width is 21", so those with adaptive equipment or mobility issues may want to confirm this is ok before booking.

There is 1 dedicated off street parking space. Should you have 2 vehicles or more, street parking is available and free.

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. We are dog friendly, but charge a fee of $55 per approved dog per stay. This fee is requested separately from the nightly rate. Typically, we wait until check in, just in case you decide to leave your dog(s) behind!
Our cleaners obtain digital proof of each unit after cleaning and prior to each guests arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.

Please note that while the property can sleep 4, the dining table only seats 2. However, there are TV trays and a table with 4 chairs on the outside deck available as well

We may be able to offer earlier check in for a fee, however, a request must be authorized first.
We may also be able to accommodate a late check out for a fee as well, however, a request must be authorized first. Unauthorized late check out fee is $50/ half hour

We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. PLEASE obtain travel insurance from a third party, and we will be happy to assist you with a claim. We cannot refund for cancellations that are outside of the refund period for any reason.

IF you smoke (even outside, or carry marijuana buds), Do NOT rent this unit. We employ Wynd sentry detectors which will alert us if any kind of smoking is detected. Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking or carrying marijuana buds, have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers or those who carry marijuana buds to find a more accommodating space to book. We are NOT the space for you, and we WILL be able to tell if you smoke or carry in marijuana buds. We can't emphasize this enough!
We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee for VRBO guests) within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.
