This hotel is great for the price if you don't mind a motel style atmosphere. Staff was not very friendly. No one smiled or asked how we were doing and the continental breakfast was pretty lack luster. Hard Bagels and cold sausage.

Hello, please have a member of management to review my complicate and contact me to discuss my concerns Sleep Inn & Suites Tallahassee- Capital 3216 N Monroe St Tallahassee FL 32303 May 4th - May 6th Room 212 was unacceptable; the condition of this room was poor and unhealthy. The window and sealing were molded. I was extremely sick with sinus headache, congestion, and cough. The staff accommodated our stay to another room. However, the move caused a huge inconvenience and a delay to our event. I had to stop to purchase medication. I have asthmas and very allergic to mold. The cost of this stay was very pricey I am a Choice Rewards Member SXB283210 I am requesting a full refund. Please feel free to contact me if you need and addition information. I can also upload pictures from room 212 5/4/24 I appreciate your attention to my concerns. The room was said to be non-pet but it smelled like a kennel. And I had been told it was actually a room I was upgraded to, upon checking in.

So many stains, brown stains on the lampshades, the ceiling, the pictures, everywhere. Big brown stain on the towel, so gross, they need a new cleaning service or new sheets or a rehab, place is dirty and absolutely WREAKED of mildew. $145 for a night is absurd for how gross this place is.

Was told early check in fee would be 40$ . Went to shop, came back and was told by another employee bit was 50$. Ended up.paying 40 but had to sign to agreevto the charges and no amount was on the paper i had to sign. Tjey said that Expedia doesnt tell them sonthey cant list it because itbwas a 3rd party charge. Why force a signature to agree to charges that arent listed and that amount changes to different #'s? Clean room loved everyone else otherwise

Far from good, but not the worst. The hotel smells like mold/mildew and the interior finishes look incomplete. The second floor feels like you’re going to fall through the floor at any moment. The bed is firmer than firm and the pillows have no fluff to them. The room was clean-ish and the A/C worked. If you’re on a budget this hotel will do, if not, then spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. Despite the flaws, the staff was nice and it was convenient to the highway and restaurants.

安心して泊まれるホテルだと認識しています。荷物を運ぶカートはあるし、朝食もあるし、部屋も一応のものは揃ってるし、Wi-Fiも十分。ただ、お風呂のお湯が温いのはこのホテルの特徴なのかしら?もっと熱いお湯が出たら嬉しいです。このホテルに泊まってる人はなんか見ててほっこりしていいですね。
