Overall my worst Hyatt experience. At first greeted warmly but room was not ready 30 mins before check in, which is understandable. Came back 2 hours after check in and the room was still not ready yet. The client associate, Tighe, was cold and disinterested to ensure I had a quality check in experience. I was told the hotel was short staffed and could not have the room ready. Additionally, 1 elevator was broken and my room once ready did not have a clean smell.
The breakfast was not very good the first day. Upon checking out at 6:15am for an early flight I asked if I could grab a banana or cereal from breakfast and was refused by the same staff member, being told breakfast is not available until 6:30. Left with a cup of coffee and a memory to always avoid this hotel when visiting my child at FSU.
