The following House Requirements must be agreed to prior to booking and complied with during stay to check-out:
* Not suitable for children and infants
* No pets
* No parties or events
* Check-in time: after 4pm and before 8pm (semi-flexible).
* Check-out time: 11am
* Absolutely no smoking nor vaping inside.
* Please treat our home with kindness and our neighbors with respect.
* Trash can is provided, so please no unflushable items or any kind of paper down toilet or sink. No food down sink.
* Cancellation policy: non-refundable.
* Up to two guests only. No overnight guest/s. If extra overnight guest is found, you'll be charged an additional $300 per extra guest per night.
* Up to two day visitors only. Must park on driveway.
* Quiet hours between 11pm and 9am
* Person booking must stay in property and is responsible for his/her entire party.
* Inground pool is seasonal and not always open, if its essential for you then please contact us prior to booking. When requesting pool access during off-season, there may be an additional pool cleaning fee.
* Pool and house use guidelines and tips are emailed prior to check-in date.
* Must be able to walk on uneven grounds as the house is located slightly downhill.
* Deep cleaning is done by professional cleaners between bookings but please maintain by light cleaning and picking up after yourself, after each use or every day, whichever is more frequent :)
