Hotel room 969 had many mosquitoes. We could see mosquitoes flying around in the room. My sister had many mosquito bites since our first night stay. Feedback to hotel and they put a mosquito repellant device but it only helped for 1 day. We managed to kill 3 mosquitoes during our stay at the hotel. When my sister went back to Singapore to see doctor for the insect bites on her arms and legs, doctor suspected it to be bedbug bites. Hence, it could either be mosquito or bedbugs.

Perfect location near Ximending. Room is clean but lack of counter space. Room for suitcases but on the floor. Overall, I would still recommend because of convenient to shopping location and transportation

The wifi in the hotel and room was really poor, the "instructions" on how to connect to the wifi was quite confusing and did not improve the speed. Other than that, the room was kept quite clean and comes with the usual amenities.

This property is definitely great for its value. Breakfast included in all rooms. Easy check-in process. However, the A/C in the rooms does NOT work. It was humid and stuffy. The bottom of the restrooms is dirty and has hair from the previous guest. They also do not check the notebooks inside the rooms. [Not that it matters] However, I saw notes written from the previous guests who stayed in there. It noted all the negatives about this property/complaints. (This note must have been for the housekeeping to relay, but they didn't even check or clean it out lol) When I requested 2 extra towels; they refused because in my reservation there was 2 people booked. The hotel is so stingy they cant even accommodate two towels? I stayed here previously but I do not think I will book with this hotel again. Quality has definitely gone down over the years.

I would not recommend this hotel, poorly maintained, noisy, chaotic during breakfast. I stayed 3 nights but only avail of the breakfast once though it’s free. Very chaotic, not a good spread. The carpet and toilet in the room is dirty. The only good thing is the location, near to meet up point for touring, near night market too.

The room is not cleaned properly as we found socks and used cups in fridge. WiFi signal is weak. Bathroom is noisy with water running down drainage sound in the middle of the night. Will not book this hotel again.

The hotel is close to the MRT station and Ximending, which is very convenient. The hotel is big and very busy so you have to fight the crowds for a seat at breakfast. You can hear talking and doors closing in the corridors on your floor as the walls were not as soundproof. Someone was shouting down the corridor at midnight and we woke up from our sleep because it was so loud.

從未試過這麼差的酒店!性價比極低!! 我入住的精緻雙人房(無窗),在15樓的,很舊很髒很臭!!!一出電梯就一股霉味 一開房門,小得可憐,打開行李箱都有難度。而且非常殘舊,地毯有漬,浴室的花灑有霉菌。冷氣不能調節溫度,而且有一層厚厚的灰塵,非常嘔心。 隔音方面,幾乎是沒有的,出面的聲音聽得一清二楚。另外,住了3晚,3晚關燈以後都不斷聽到從四方八面敲打牆的聲音。。。 沒有拍照,因為真的太嘔心了,不想留下這些照片,但網上看到別的房間挺新淨的,應該是有部分房間翻新過吧?但一定一定不會再入住了!!!這個價錢一定有更好的選擇!
