Stay away!
According to our reservation, we were supposed to get a 'superior deluxe' room. How can u call a room with no window, the size of a king size bed and u hv to basically jump over a bed to the bathroom, a superior deluxe? Or even simply a room?!
The room smelt like someone most definitely smoked in there.
We quickly complained and got an upgrade to a slightly bigger room with window (the size of a king sized bed with a little room for movement around the bed), with extra charge of course. Again we realised quickly that everything in bathroom, even though looked new, was falling apart. The toilet seat was coming off and shower piping was loose. Things that were mounted on wall like towel hanger, toilet paper holder and even electrical sockets were loose. They gave us a room which was not even done!
Fine, it was late in the evening and let's just stay the night. The wall was paper thin. U can hear the hallway like u are in the same room. The traffic was also well heard like u had the windows open. That meant no rest for the whole night.
Breakfast, completely mediocre. It's to get full, not to enjoy. The lady who worked there with the best smile is probably the best thing that happened there. The staff were polite despite our dissatisfaction. Eventually we moved to another's hotel.
