My room was the very first one on the ground floor next to laundry and service areas. It was noisy with lots of traffic in my room area. The room was handicapped equipped. I am not handicapped and it should have been reserved for an individual that needed it

The room was fine but I had a cold shower the next morning. When you go stay someplace you need a bed to sleep in and a hot shower. I only had half of that.

The paper-thin walls did very little to abate the noise from people stomping around on the floor above us at all hours of the night. While not necessarily the fault of the hotel, there were a group of younger kids going from room to room late at night pounding on the doors and running away.

I am having a hard time thinking of something positive to say. I am just going to list all the issues we encountered. **Safety and security— we have seen people living in their car in the north side of the building. When we arrived back to the room there were some men drinking beers from their truck and threw the cans on the ground. It looked like (out of town workers ) as guests. The door bold to the room is very loose. You could the door shake from vibrations and when you pull on the handle there is about a 1 1/2 inch play between the door jam and lock. ** cleanliness of the room and front desk area. Our room was not up to standard. The bathroom floor, outside of microwave, refrigerator, were dirty. There was one towel, one washcloth ( which was wadded up in some kind of ball ) and one hand towel. One set for each of us. That was it. The towels were rough really rough ugly and worn. I did go to the front desk and asked for a couple more which I did receive. There is an ugly broken down ice machine on the first floor where we were staying. **hallway floor looked like it had not been vacuumed leading to our room. *** customer service— the morning breakfast was ok, but the two employees were more concerned about making breakfast for the other employees. They did not do a good job keeping food stocked. They just didn’t seem to care. They were not friendly at all. I will stop from here. This was a very bad experience for us.

The front desk gentleman was so helpful and nice......a complete asset to the company The whole property is in great shape...you can tell it's recently remodeled (the smell of fresh paint is a little strong) only downside is the tub was a little moldy and not in great shape The breakfast was above expectations....fresh waffles and everything else was excellent

Bathroom towels were like sand paper. TV remote would not change channels but the volume worked so it wasn’t the batteries. We stayed 2 nights and bed was not made for day 2 by house keeping. Breakfast was not good. Waffle machine old and everything stuck to it even with lots of oil. For the quality this hotel charges way too much.
