«Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.»

«Nice hotel. It was a little noicy in our room from outside envioment. One of the Windows on the bathroom can not be closed properly due to venting of the room and it was not tinted/frozen like the rest. Very Nice and polite staff. Good breakfast but could have had some more options to choose. The reception is open 24hours, not like described in the booking Page , that there is no reception. Just a quick walk of 2-3 minutes and you have shopping malls etc and everything else you need. If we are ...
