The food was discusting cannot even eat at the restaurants. Litterally discusting the food on the street taste better. No service at the pool , the Ocean view rooms are partial ocean view not a full ocean view.But the rooms are OK. We had 2 extra days in Taghazout but we switched hotel because the food and the service was too bad.

Overall good but service pretty mixed at times. Particular issues at Sud 17 restaurants which was not well run. Once hotel occupancy increased, space around the pool was very limited. The service quality dropped as the hotel occupancy increased.

The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Our partial ocean view room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The terrace was lovely. The pools and the beach were beautiful. We enjoyed very tasty and varied options at the breakfast and dinner buffets. A special “shout out” to hostess Wiam who was an entirely charming ambassador to the hotel! : )
