Finding the property was quite an adventure since the app we used made us drive around the back which was not easily passable. Also, the room we got still smelled like fresh paint, so we asked to be transferred, which the hotel staff promptly did. Overall experience was average. Not too bad, but not exceptional.

Will not stay again
We stayed to check out a unit but the service was too bad we decided not to invest. Checkin - they couldn't find reservation, the room does not have shampoo and slippers which were basic. You have to pay extra for pillows since they only provided 2 per room. They only provide1 key card and you need to provide additional deposit for extra cards. Lastly they do not sanitize rooms we had our room cleaned and we did not see the cleaner use any sanitizing agent or uv. They didnt change the sheets. Whats even more disappointing was we left at 12 and asked for our room to be cleaned but we came bak at 4 it wasnt clean so we had to be there when they were cleaning. Their japanese restaurant didnt follow protocol cashier, waiter and cook didnt use face mask and shield

the road outside is very steep and rocky. the water heater should be placed above head, not under the sink. that is very dangerous because the heater and electric socket gets wet when someone takes a shower considering the bathroom is very small. breakfast options are limited and has out of stock items. bath towels have stains and no slippers provided.

It was a good experience staying at La Bella. The staff are very accommodating and the service is okay. It could have been more fun if there is wifi in the room.

I did not like all, service is terrible, room are too small, lacked of all necessities like mirror, hot water shower, very poor customer relation arrogant personnel.

But lobby and nice bed but that’s it.
The hotel lobby was big and clean. But then there no hooks to hang your clothing and no WiFi in the rooms except in the lobby. But I think the worst is the water inside the hotel during rain. Two peoples room I went to was wet inside either from the hallway or balcony windows. I think the hotel is understaffed for housekeeping but there’s many grounds keepers. There are also no peephole to see who is knocking on your door. The standard rooms are extra small and the bathrooms are not designed right. The shower is too close to the toilet so the entire bathroom floor is wet after you shower. If they can address these things then this hotel would be great.

The room was too small for the price. The water heater didn't work, the room was dirty, not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. We called the front desk to look at the water heater and the associate blamed my niece for the water heater not working. Lost power in the room, ended up not having TV the rest of our stay.

The place was clean, quiet and very nature friendly. We found the swimming pool and the Santorini-themed hotel place quite attractive. However, customer service are quite disappointing as if they are not well trained and appeared not so sure when answering our inquiries and called me "ate". They don't greet their guests often and seemed to be snob. An additional cost was incurred when check-in staff mistakenly reserved a room with balcony, where in fact, we reserved a room without balcony. They just called us and informed about it, however we already arrange our baggage, so we stayed and aggreed.

Chic hotel
La Bella Boutique Hotel is a nice chic place to stay when in Tagaytay. We stayed for a night for my cousin’s wedding. Their reception was held in the hotel which was convenient. However, the biggest room option we got for our family of 5 with 3 kids of 8 y/o and 3 y/o Twins was too small with very limited space. Their bathrooms were also small. It was discouraging to use it for a shower because the water gets all-over the bathroom! No bath tub or designated walk-in shower area. The room was clean though and breakfast was good - beef tapa!

1. We booked a room for 4. But the room is too small for us. There are only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We paid 500 pesos for extra guest, how come there's no extra bed given to us. The extra guest fee is only for the towel, soap, toothbrush and water only. Where do you expect the other one to sleep??? 2. There's no wifi in the room 3. The hotel room lacks necessities (blower, thermos)
