Friendly and polite staff. But slow service in the restaurants. Good variety of food ala cart and breakfast buffet. Room is clean but show that the materials, floorings are old and many stained tiles in the bathroom. We were on the Mountain View side.»

«Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much.
