I’m sorry that you were disappointed. There is no construction happening above the space so I’m unclear how to respond to that aspect of your review. I was not aware of the robe oversight until the review, and I do regret that the heatwave was uncomfortable. I am a trial attorney l,and I explained that I was in trial to ensure you understood any delays in my response.

This trial lawyer is exhausted from arguing. What isn’t communicated in review is whatever harm was done years ago so that she views the world through a series of trespasses, rather than using effective communication to ask for what she needs. She waits for moments when she can strike out to try to take back power stripped from her years ago. Apparently,“Clothing was left in 2 bureau drawers.“ I apologized. “There were 2 bath towels, 2 face cloths, 1 hand towels for 2 adults for 8 days. I requested additional towels and had to wait until mid-week to get 2 clean towels. and I had to turn in the 2 used towels so they could be washed for the next people coming in.” I asked whether my suggested course of action to exchange towels mid week would meet her needs and she said that it would be fine. She did not let me know she found my suggestion to be an affront. “No mats to step on leaving shower. Floor was tiled and slippery.” I cannot fix what is not brought to my attention. To try to teach my oldest kiddos some level of responsibility and community, they did the majority of this turnover. They must have forgotten the bath mats, but the guest never brought it to my attention. I wish she had.“Only men's body wash, no shampoo, hotel soap only.” There are three kinds of shampoo provided, one of which is men’s. The idea that I’m responding to this is ludicrous when such offerings are extra, not required, and all of this deeply saddens me. Again I don’t think this is really about shampoo. I can almost picture her armed with her list of woes, waiting to copy it into her review the moment she departs, never giving the host the opportunity to fix the issues. How unfortunate for all concerned and anyone caught in the wake of her deep hurt. “Bath step up to toilet was an 11 inch step, way too steep.” A photograph captures this precise issue so as to warn any would be guests. “We CHOSE to park in street but 4 days someone was parked in our assigned space and on the final night owners car was parked s car was parked at bottom of drive blocking access.” The nanny had a terrible fall and the tendon separated from her ankle. When she saw that the guests parking on the street she parked closer to the house. Is this about parking? “I would not return.” I will continue to pray that she can heal from what has taken her sense of humanity, that we are all doing the best we can. And the southerner in me wants to say “bless her heart,” but instead I will say “happy trails, madam.”

Mr. Marsh checked in and immediately notified that he wasn’t sure why he rented the space because he would be staying with his girlfriend. There is nothing remotely unsafe about the space. When he attempted to receive a refund against the stated policy he did so by alleging the space was not safe, to which I responded “Sir, Your request is absurd. You already informed my nanny that you wish you would not have booked because you would be staying with your girlfriend. There’s nothing unsafe about my space. You didn’t spend any time in the space before you left to go to your girlfriend’s.” He did not reply to deny what he had stated to personnel on my property. I find it unfortunate that he makes claims otherwise.
