1. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am

2. Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed upon request (under 50 lbs) for an additional $50 fee per pet/per stay.

3. Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking allowed in the backyard at least 50 feet from the house. Failure to abide by this rule will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee.

4. Guest limits: 8

5. Do not use the Wood Stove in the living room. It is inoperable and needs to be restored. Even if you attempt to, the fire will not burn because the airflow is clogged up. Any damages done by attempting to use this wood stove will be charged to the guest.

6. Older home, older pipes. Please use the sink strainer to avoid solids down the drain, and refrain from disposing of oil, grease, and other cooking waste down the drain. If temperatures drop to near or below Freezing, please leave the faucets running at a slow drip to prevent a pipe burst.

7. Brush the Grate after using the grill, leave dirty BBQ utensils in the kitchen/dishwasher to be washed, and please put the cover back on the grill once it’s cooled down.

8. Leave the backyard and sports equipment the way you found it.

9. Upon checking out, we don’t require guests to run the dishwasher or strip the beds, but if you choose to, both us and the housekeeper would be very thankful.

10. Lastly, we just ask that you treat our home with respect, as it is the place our family is coming back to after a deployment. Thank you again for choosing our home, and enjoy your stay!
