If there were an option to give zero stars, that’s the rating I would choose. The room was horrible to start with. We booked three nights through Expedia, and at check-in we were not informed of any issue with the reservation.
The following day, we received a phone call in our room and then had the manager knock on our door to inform us that we needed to check out because, according to them, the booking was only for one night. This came as a complete surprise.
We immediately showed the staff our Expedia confirmation clearly stating three nights, yet they made no effort to resolve the issue or contact Expedia themselves. We had to call Expedia while standing at the front desk. Expedia attempted multiple times to reach the hotel, but the hotel did not answer their calls, even after we informed them that Expedia was trying to contact them.
In the end, Expedia had to rebook us at a different hotel due to the hotel’s lack of cooperation. To make matters worse, we were told we had to check out by 1:00 PM or we would be charged a late checkout fee. Seriously?!
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
