Hoteller nær TELUS World of Science – Edmonton

«I always enjoy staying at the Chateau Nova Yellowhead Hotel. Its convenient location just off Yellowhead Trail makes it easy to access. The rooms have consistently been clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there are multiple restaurants nearby, I enjoy the food served at the hotel's own restaurant. A great place to stay, I recommend it to others!»

«My only complaint is that the bed and pillows desperately need an update. The staff was efficient and friendly and the rooms were prefect if you required a kitchen and some space.»

«We loved having a Suite with a Kitchen. Very clean hotel. We had a small problem with our ice maker and the staff was so responsive and helpful—the lady at the front desk brought us ice while we waited a few minutes for the maintenance man to arrive and switch out our ice maker for a new one. Great service! The included breakfast was very nice. Recommend for a few nights stay.»

«Older hotel with a charm and class you do not see in newer hotels. Lots of space to park. Easy access to amenities. Great place to stay if you need to be near the Royal Alex or Alberta Retina Clinic. Good menu at the restaurant, great dessert!»

«The building has a smell I couldn’t figure it out , I wasn’t happy about it , I won’t stay in there anymore was first time and last time ,»

«Clean room old building tho rugs were dirty , affordable rate staff was helpful there was lots of parking space»

«The staff was amazing! My daughter got sick in the night. The staff was quick to replace the bedding. And brought extra blankets and water. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful»

«Nice kind staff but the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, so it was a bit inconvenient.»

«I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me.»

«Family suite is awesome for travelling with our two teenagers. Nice for them to have a room with a tv to themselves»

«The room was a good size. The breakfast was adéquate. Staff were very friendly.»

«Clean room Friendly staff Delicious breakfast Tried to give 5 stars ⭐️ but only 4 shows on screen ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️»

«The most unique thing about this property is the grossly inflated price of the rooms. Beds seem old, the pillows are awful and the AC did not work in our room 7017. It gets very warm due to west facing windows and the AC ran all night trying to cool it in mid October. Did I mention the grossly over pricing on the rooms?»

«Fantastic! »

«I'm a cleaner, so I see things that people don't necessarily see on the surface, I felt like girls do a great job, I would suggest that they do maybe an inspection once a week or so or maybe even every couple weeks because I did spot a pretty obvious blood stain on the wall but other than that everything was really nice, I would say also maybe get behind the toilets but again I'm a cleaner professionally and I'm looking for things like that. Other than that, clean beds, they offer breakfast ...

«Very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast :)»
