A bit old and worn but as expected. The rooms and some part of the hotel have been refurbished not too long ago. Clean rooms. Decent food both breakfast and dinner. Nice and friendly staff. Recommended if you need to stay very central. Not recommend if you are looking for high standard.

Outdated interior which was not expected from a Radisson with 4/5. Hopeless breakfast with shabby restaurant room, no proper food top ups, empty dishes in the buffet and limited selection. Room was OK decorated but with unpleasant smell Slowest check out ever. Never again - worst hotel experience ever.

ingen 4 stjerners kvalitet der, nei
dårlig mat, dårlig utvalg på frokost bufe` i henhold til alternativt mat. Trangt mellom bufe`øyer og bord, å komme seg i rullestol for å hente mat er så å si umulig og kelnere hadde dårlig tid for å hjelpe. Rengjøring av bord og stoler - helt hårreisende da dem bruker samme klut til bord så til stol! Godt jeg slapp å sitte på stol som hadde skitt fra bordet .. Spiste middag på kvelden, elendig og uttørket fisk og oppvarmede forretter uten smak. Lite å velge i menu som hadde reprise mat de dager jeg var der.. Meget trange rom - fikk ikke tilpasset rom da dem sa at der er det kun dobbelsenger i ... meget trangt dusj i bredden og unødvendig lang i lengden ... regulering av varmt - kald vann var umulig i det første rommet og litt bedre i ny rom .. senger var polstra med folieunderlag og var harde, sovekomfort elendig! Ved inngangsdører fult med askebægere og mange røykere. Ble kvalm og elendig av stanken ved døra. Oppsummert; meget skuffet av hotellet som skal ha 4 stjerner, fortjener max 2!

Quality hotel with excellent service!
I was on vacation with my family at Szczecin and we stayed at Radisson Blue Hotel for a couple of nights. Staying at Radisson Blue was one of the highlights of our trip. The reception was very warm and welcoming, the room and the bathroom were pristine, as well as the housekeeping service. The bed, appliances, amenities and the breakfast were of a five star quality. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Szczecin again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sentralt beliggende, rolig, avslappende og ryddig!
Hotellet ligger sentralt i byen. Førsteinntrykket er positivt, luftig, ryddig og rent. Vennlig og profesjonell resepsjon. Smertefritt og grei innsjekk. Lite stress og en rolig atmosfære både i frokostsal og lobbybar. Stort utvalg som dekker alle behov for en solid og god frokost. Meget god service. Pene, ryddige og enkle rom, godt renhold. Betjeningen var profesjonell og var så «så mye eller lite synlig» som man ønsker. Et vellykket opphold og hotellet kan absolutt anbefales.

Sentralt beliggende hotell i sentrum med nærhet til det meste. Flott frokostbuffet, det eneste skår i gleden er at personalet, selv når det er få gjester i frokostsalen, ikke følger opp rydding av bordene etter hvert som man setter tilside benyttet service og bestikk. Opplevde at de i stedet stod og pratet og ikke viste interesse for den jobben de er satt til å gjøre. For øvrig: Et utmerket hotell på alle måter.
