Located south of Syracuse in eastern Sicily, Villa Clizia is a beautiful villa situated near to the popular seaside resort of Fontane Bianche. Just a few hundred metres from the sandy beach, the villa is ideal for those who want to be near the sea and amenities such as restaurants, shops and banks (3km).

From the villa is easy to visit the enchanting Baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli and, you are also within reach of the Vendicari nature reserve, the fishing villages of Portopalo and Marzamemi, Taormina and Mount Etna.

The 200 square meter property develops over 2 levels.

On the ground floor you will find a living area (with comfortable sofas), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs). You will also find three comfortable bedrooms. One double bedroom (with double bed), two single bedrooms (with French beds) and two bathrooms (with showers).

From the living area, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa is set in a well-manicured garden with a patio with pergola (with table and chairs and a barbecue) where you can barbecue and eat outside. There are large well-equipped terraces and a sun terrace (with tables and seating) where you can relax outside and a private swimming pool (9.5 x 3.7m; 1.4m deep; open from 01/03 to 30/11).
