I liked the location of the hotel. Very close and easy access to Destiny USA. The property was rather clean. Breakfast was amazing 10/10. What I disliked about the hotel was the obnoxiously loud a/c unit in room, which made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Was a last minute find with a pool. Turned out this place offered more then what we read. Happy hour 5:30-7pm, 2 free drinks snackes at the bar for everyone over 21 in the room per night, was a nice touch. Breakfast was buffet style with made to order pancakes or omelets or egg done anyway you like. Pancakes options like chocolate chips, sprinkles, m&m and other things. The beds in separate area of the room with doors so not to disturb someone else that wants to stay up later. TV in living room and bedroom. Very big rest room. Lots of space. Only down fall would be the fridge. Really small just enough room for some sodas and juice.

Staff and housekeeping were awful. Never came to our room to clean up or give us towels and paper goods in 3 days. Had to nag them constantly to even give us some clean towels. Staff couldn't care less - they figure if they ignore you maybe you'll go away. Steer clear of this place!!!!!

We liked this layout (normal hotel layout) better than their more stereotypical layout with a courtyard which was way noisier. The staff were nice and amenities were good, though the pool probably could’ve used a good scrubbing instead of just more chlorine. Breakfast was good. The whole place shows its age if you’re looking super close, but it is very well kept which we attribute to the staff. We’d stay there again.

Arrived at 6 pm after driving 6 hours and well after the check in time. They told us the room wasn’t ready and when questioned they said they were fully booked and under staffed. Both of these are not actually acceptable answers considering the room was prepaid and we were hours after check in time. When we said that they put us in a room that I’m fairly certain was not what we paid for (and not an upgrade) but we were only staying 1 night and had some place to be. They also were not apologetic at all. Felt very unprofessional.

Check in was a breeze, super friendly.Loved the room set up. Breakfast was good. The pool experience was horrible. There were over 40 African American kids doing flips and throwing balls, very inconsiderate. When we went to the desk to complain the staff was aware and waiting on security to shut it down. That isn’t fair to family’s who have paid for a pool and that can follow rules. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was for a pool being open till 10 and we weren’t even able to enjoy it. Sad kids that had planned for a pool experience.

Was charged double for this stay. Used a gift card to book on Hotels.com & hotel charged me again for the same night. Still wait to hear about my refund for being over charged. Rooms were extremely hot and you could not adjust the temperature which made it uncomfortable, especially when sleeping.

Beautiful hotel but extremely hot rooms
Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Very clean but rooms were extremely hot which made it not comfortable and you could not turn the heat down, nor did the windows open. I turned the heat off on the thermostat but it did not make a difference. I wish the room temperature could be adjusted to guests liking.

Property is clean and well maintained. Check in was terrible, we checked in during their social hour and the bar was so loud we couldn’t hear the girl at the front desk. She checked us in but the amount was over $100 over our booked price and she said that $200 was for coverage if the room was damaged and would come off the total room price but it doesn’t seem to add up, however I may have heard her wrong since it was so loud in the reception area I could barely hear her. The pool was clean but no towels and when I went to ask for some the front desk wasn’t the friendliest but her co-worker was. It took another 15-20 minutes before we actually got the towels. Parents also left their young children unattended to go back to the bar and would come back and check every 20 minutes or so. This is definitely more of a guests not following rules problem but made enjoying the pool with my family difficult as the kids constantly ran around and jumped in the rather shallow end, and as a mom I was nervous for the other children. The breakfast food was great but again the atmosphere was very loud. The made to order egg chef was very loud trying to announce you get made to order eggs almost like a carnival game employee trying to get you to play. The common areas smelt of pot and cigarette smoke. At checkout I asked for an email receipt but it’s been hours and I did not receive one so I still don’t have answers to the first check in price question.

I really wanted to love this hotel but from the moment we arrived it kept failing us.From cars parking at the entry so you had to park in the lot and walk with luggage to a long checkin.1 front desk person 1 trainee.No one acknowledged me. They were having trouble with something. Someone cut right in front of me,I mentioned I was next and they asked her what she needed. Still nothing to me.But they kept working on the problem w the person up front-were literally face timing a manager with the checkin before me as I stood waiting. Still, no comment,not “sorry, it will just be a moment” nada. Finally get up there, everyone very nice, but also problems with my reservation it looks like.Finally get the room cards and then it is not taking my credit card.Mind you, it is almost 1am, we just drove 5 hrs. and now my 2 sleepy boys and husband are behind me with our things. I finally ask if they can go up while we figure this out. “Ya,sure”. Shouldn’t you have offered that? You are in the Hospitality business. Finally they have me use a different credit card machine and I can go upstairs too. Upstairs, room had faint smell of poop. Never found anything, but the room just never smelled good.Strange setup-nowhere to hang a coat, except the closet in the bedroom, but the only drawers were desk drawers so not much room for clothes in a room for6. Hairdryer had crud on it, so did couch. No one told us the time for breakfast,or that we had some happy hour thing included- saw it too late.

We're equally perplexed to hear about the uncleanliness you found, specifically on the hairdryer and couch. Firstly, I booked this hotel through Expedia because the hotel would not honour Expedias rate. Secondly, after using our room key once it stopped working. Then they tried to accuse me that I had not paid for the room. Thirdly, we ordered food from the restaurant only to find out they have no bread. So, no burgers, no pizza, no sandwiches. And, to top it off, we waited over an hour to get what food we could. I can only wait to see what happens tomorrow for breakfast with no bread.

Rooms were large, easy access to Destiny USA mall. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything above, had dinner in the restaurant and is was good. Room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable.
