The property is very old and the rooms reflect that. We found it had an odd smell and whilst the sheets were clean they also had a weird smell.
The cupboards in the kitchen area had loose doors. The bathroom was ok but the shower wasn’t the best.
Having said this-the location was perfect 😉

Well located. Room was good although only one saucepan with no handle. Staff were very helpful. In the public areas (lifts & hallways) the carpet was grubby. Overall good not great but would definitely stay there again.

I was extremely disappointed staying here we had an early flight arrived at 9:30 ish and asked if we could check in early which we were told to leave our bags and come back in a hour clearly the room wasn’t ready and when we asked for a refund our room automatically got upgraded and apparently the system did it the night before whereas when asked if we could change our bed they said no coz the room we booked came with that bed only. I asked for the manager and he was so rude and so unprofessional I would never lie about anything and they accused me of lying where actually the staff member there told us to come back within an hour. The talk got heated and we just went to our room and then later on I came down and saw the manager and I apologised for raising my voice and all he said was yeah ok in the most rudest way he didn’t even apologise for what his staff said or anything acting like it’s all our fault. Had the worse experience here will never ever book with this hotel name ever again. I felt so disrespected and low they made me feel so bad about myself and had the worse time there. The sauna is not even properly and the swimming pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Just really disappointed and they honestly ruined my best friends 28th birthday

I waited from 6.30am to 3pm check in time - i got a room at 3 pm that actually slept 7 people and was a disabled room. The place needs some work as wallpaper hanging off, lights so bright it was like a hospital surgery. Staff friendly and cafe down stairs handy and good location. Could be so much better

Likte ikke: Renhold og overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand
The room did not feel sanitary, there was what appeared to be mould in the shower and packets of food under our couch left behind from a previous guest. It is in walking distance from quite a lot which was good for us but disappointed by the quality of the room
