No hot water. Even though it was cheap to stay I would say no hot water was a deal breaker. No offer for compensation. Was not fixed.

It’s a great place to stay! Very clean, staff is patient, only if they have AC installed in each room, that would be excellent!

金曜日の夜、宿泊しました。 石鹸と、シャンプーをもらいに翌朝カウンターに行くと、 土日は、人がいない！！！！ 買い物に歩いて行くには30分片道かかる！！ 安いホテルを探したのにタクシー使ったら意味が無い！！ 月曜日、疲れ果て14時に、目覚めると、 既に掃除は、終わり、 勝手にビールを処分させられていた！！！！ カウンターに掛け合うと、 「明日！火曜日は、やる！」 と言う。。 このホテルは、月曜、水曜、金曜しか掃除をしない！！ ウソをつかれた！！ その日渡されたタオルは、 長い髪の毛が付いていて 黄色い染みが付いていて、 コレが普通なのか？ というと、 綺麗なタオルをくれた。 水曜、 念願の部屋を掃除してもらったら、 普通にゴミが落ちている。。 往復一時間の買い物の帰りもあって、 怒り爆発！！！ 怒った私に、 "警察"を呼ばれ、 (なにもしないで帰っていった) 全額、返金するから 「夕方5時に、出て行け！！」 と言う。。 次の泊まった場所もゴキブリが出て最悪だったが。。。 少しずつたまった怒りだったので、 多分、伝わらないと思う。。 何故私があれだけ怒ったか。。 普通は、我慢するだろうが、 私は、泣き寝入りはしない！！

Great Stay
Very clean, neat and quiet accommodation at the Western Sydney University Village Campbelltown. Own Room in a shared Apartment of 5 Rooms. Kitchen for self catering. It is staffed by Students from the same Uni, all very friendly and helpful. Great for People with own Transport. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Macarthur Train Station and Shopping Mall. No free WiFi! Would stay there again.

3flights of stairs I'm on a walking frame I'm 70 years old there was no toilet paper no cooking amenity took the staff forever to bring me 1 roll of toilet paper after my son rang them when the booking was made Expedia was told it was for a 70 year old on a walking frame yet still put me 3 flights of stairs up I didn't stay opting to leave straight away I couldn't find any hotel staff to allow me to check out so I'm stuck with a key

5人部屋を丸々予約して、友人と四泊しました。キッチンと基本的な調理器具、冷蔵庫、電子レンジも準備されていたので、調理も出来て、快適でした。 また、バスルームも2つあるので、とても便利でした。

It had beds. Nice staff. Very poor maintenance.
It had beds and we slept, so that was good. The staff were really, really nice, and prompt to assist us. And it was a cheap stay, so keep that in mind with the following. Stop gap maintenance instead of repairing things properly. Was pretty poor last year when we stayed. This year it was worse, the same things hadn't been repaired 12 months later. Water tempering valves had been bypassed, great for a hot shower, but pretty dangerous. They also still have the poorly designed/engineered smoke detector set up that they are aware of but refuse to fix, but thankfully there is a nice sign admitting their liability for paying the fire brigade if they turn up. We only got locked out twice because of the faulty key system this time, last year it was everyday that we stayed. Middle of winter, half the wall heaters had been removed and/or disconnected one dangerously so (it had a tap screwed to the waterpipe where the valve should be...pointing upward.. perfect for spraying water straight into my wife's face when she turned it on). There was a lot more wrong but, I have a life so this will do. It really doesn't need much new, just what it has in working condition. Having said the above, it was cheap and served its purpose for us. And strangely, I would probably stay again, I guess I'm a bit tight.

The facilities were nice and clean and the staff were amazing. Unfortunately co-sharing with other randoms was a terrible experience, with me having to move rooms at 11pm at night due to an older male resident trying to access my room whilst I was asleep (very scary experience), and two of the other nights was kept awake until the early hours by people who were up talking and watching tv loudly. You would expect potential issues when co-sharing, but having stayed in many hostels etc in my time have not experienced such disrupted sleep (and the fear from being woken by someone trying to break into my room) due to others. I wish I had have booked a hotel.

Very bare as the room came with a bed sheet and a thin blanket with one pillow. No additional blankets or pillows in the room and bed was quite firm. Additionally only two towels, one hand/face and one full-size towel with no additional ones to use if needed. The room comes with basic essentials but could include more extra additions free of charge included in the room. Also, no powerpoints in the room are a bit of a letdown as charging in the shared lounge area restrict privacy and accessibility when doing work. The shared kitchen could have more utensils including pots and pans but did have some that did the trick. For a place to spend the night, it is very quiet and has enough space to complete work and other activities and facilities were clean.

Our room was in an empty wing of the dorms, so was quiet and private. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. However, we booked a double room for 2 people and were only given 1 towel. We did not realize this until after we had asked for a blanket (none provided) and the RA had gone off-duty. Could improve service. Also, no wifi unless you pay a high rate for it.

Affordable, simple accommodation
University room, single bed, spacious clean share kitchen with 2 very nice bathrooms between 5 rooms. An extra pillow would have been terrific! Sometimes students don't care about making noise in the middle of the night so be mindful of that possibility. it can happen anywhere though, I suppose. I would stay here again.

Great for small groups
Love the single rooms with shared common room. More crockery and dishwashing liquid would have been usedul.

Cheap and close to the freeway
Really well priced. The bed sheets need to be cleaned or changed after each person sleeps in them. It is value for money as it’s clean except for the dirty linen.

Quiet and clean short stop 1 hr from Sydney CBD
This was a practical stop for a short weekend in Sydney. Suited for a single traveler with a car, just minutes off the main highway. There is a local shopping center only minutes away. The campus was lovely and quiet. Be aware there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, so as long as the nights are cool enough the stay is comfortable. Shared bathrooms were clean, and the self catering kitchen was handy for cooking breakfast, preparing lunch or an evening meal. Train station was close by, or about 60 minutes drive into Sydney.

Clean & Cheap
For a hot Sydney day needed A/c at night, while ceiling fan was effective and there were evening breezes, it was extremely loud. If you do not mind fan noise or if it was a cooler time of year would be excellent value for money. Would however recommend you have a car and a reason to be staying in the burbs.

We had a very pleasant stay at the University Campus accommodation. We just needed something close to our ultimate Xmas destination, a family picnic at Picton, and this facility was completely suited to our needs.

Convenient and great value
Cheap and clean accommodation. Facilities are modern and fairly clean and in reasonable condition. Bed was a very firm matress on an inflexible base so a soft bed personmight not like it much.
