A solid mainstay hotel. Its excellent location and friendly staff always make it a choice for business trips. Food could be better at breakfast and room service is a bit whatever.

Second visit to this hotel. Previous was 3 years ago. Still excellent. Very friendly service, clean hotel, good facilities and good location. Buffet breakfast is high quality and the indoor pool is a nice treat for the kids. This is now our hotel of choice in Sydney.

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They tried their best to offer early checkin. It was awesome aftera long haul flight. The hotel is very walkable to key sight seeing spots and is very close to punlic transport.
