Velutstyrt leilighet i nærheten av Central station
Velutstyrt leilighet med fryser og kjøleskap, vannkoker, brødrister, mikrobølgeovn, komfyr, stekeovn, strykebrettet, stykjern, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Stor stue med TV, spisebord og salong.Vi hadde balkong med stoler og bord. Soverom med stor dobbeltseng, garderobeskap og safe. Badet hadde både dursj og badekar. Leiligheten lå bare 5-10 min gange fra Central station og 5 min til kjøpesenter. Mange turistattraksjoner i gangavstand. Det negative var den begrensede muligheten for gratis wifi, kun 500MB pr døgn, ikke nok når man er utlending. Ikke opplyst før man sjekket inn

The Oaks is close to Central Station and many shopping, eating and entertainment locations. There were some elevator renovations happening that delayed access to and from my floor, but not too inconveniencing.

Hi , I don’t normally write reviews - but thought others should know about our negative experience. -Photos of the property were not accurate and the website was photos were mis - leading -One lift was out and wait time was regularly 7-12 minutes -The property interior needs a good cleaning -The room smelt damp when we opened up for the first time -It was a very hot day in Sydney, but even at night the A/C could not cool the rooms enough -The TV remote did not work -The toilet system was continuously running into the pan overnight , and I thought we had a leak. - I should have read other reviews with similar complaints - We ended up checking out - but Expedia will refund us -At the front desk Jina was very helpful, when we explained our problems - and was supportive. My closing point is Expedia needs to check the photos and information being presented is accurate. We appreciated the refund

Spacious Oasis in heart of city
Lovely spacious apartment with very well equipped kitchen although we mainly ate out. Washing machine, dryer and iron were a useful addition. Central location, easy for trams, trains and walking to Central Quays, Sydney Opera House, etc. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend- in fact we are returning next week after visiting Blue Mountains and Hunter Valley!

위험한 고층 전용 승강기
가장 만족했던 점은 직원들의 서비스가 아주 훌륭하다는 것입니다. 어떤 시간에든 좋은 서비스로 응대해주시는 직원분들이 이 숙박시설의 최고의 장점이라 생각합니다. 호텔은 전체적으로 오래된 건물로 테라스, 수영장 등 균열 및 파손이 있지만 청결하게 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 그렇지만 체크아웃 전날 화장실에서 바퀴벌레를 발견했고 큰 충격이었습니다. 이 숙박시설은 층수 대비 부족한 승강기 수가 큰 단점입니다. 그마저도 제가 이 숙박시설을 이용할 때에는 한 대가 교체 작업 중에 있어 고층 전용 승강기 1대만 이용할 수 있어 조금 불편했습니다. 승강기 문제는 비단 개수 뿐만이 아닙니다. 최근에 교체작업을 한 저층 전용 승강기에 비해 한참 낡은 고층 전용 승강기는 숙박시설 내내 불안에 떨게 만들었습니다. 25층까지 올라가는 도중 13층에서 갑자기 멈추면서 out of service 되었고 p5까지 급하강했습니다. 8박에 이용기간 동안 4번 이상 경험할 정도로 빈번했습니다. 또한 하루는 고층 전용 승강기가 작동하지 않아 25층에서 7층까지 걸어내려간 후 저층 전용 승강기를 이용해야만 했습니다. 오래되고 낡은 고층 전용 승강기 문제는 정말 심각하고 큰 문제로 이어질 가능성이 높다고 생각합니다. 이 숙박시설은 지리적으로도 서리힐즈 및 헤이마켓, 월드스퀘어랑 가깝다는 장점이 있습니다. 불가피하게 이 숙소를 이용해야할 경우에는 반드시 저층 예약이 가능한 지 확인해야할 것입니다.

The room was clean but had a terrible smell wafting from the drains. The pool area had peeling paint all over the ceiling and only 2 seats it did not feel like you wanted to have a swim at all very disappointed. Towards the end of our stay only 1 of the lifts we’re working.

Work ongoing upgrading one of the two lifts which causes delays however very well located to Central Station, Thai and China town districts, Capitol Theatre. Comfortable, clean, handy, enjoyable.

Best of the best
Our stay at the Oaks with our adult son was commendable. Five stars for cleanliness and the apartment was huge. Every interaction with a Oaks staff member was friendly and welcoming. The location could not get any better being in the city, especially for public transport. Having a Coles and Liquorland approximately 100m away under World Square made purchasing food and essentials very economical.

The apartment was massive and located between Central and Museum stations. The only downside was the noise coming from the train line, but you expect some noise in a big city. Would recommend to friends and family.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I sadly spent some of my trip unwell and when menulog didn’t deliver my order for water and nurofen one of the awesome receptionists went to a nearby convenience store to get them for me. Super grateful for her! The apartments were very spacious and tidy, will definitely book there again in future.

Our experience at Oaks was a blend of positives and negatives. On the positive side, our room at Oaks was impressively spacious, and the bed offered a high level of comfort. The pool and spa facilities added to the overall appeal, providing enjoyable leisure options. Additionally, the reception staff displayed politeness and were genuinely helpful. However, our stay was not without its drawbacks. Despite the generally commendable performance of the staff, occasional lapses in housekeeping left us somewhat dissatisfied. The inconvenience was further compounded by the fact that only one elevator served floors 11 and above. This proved frustrating, given the heavy demand throughout our two-week stay. The rooms, unfortunately, are somewhat dated, with a scarcity of power points and notable issues related to sound and light pollution.

The dual key apartment was spacious and clean. Great for ladies staying together. Close to Chinatown and Paddy’s Market and light rail for travel around the city. Only down side was condition of pool /spa area which badly needs maintenance to the roof and tile surrounds.

This place felt old and smelt musty. There was only one person girl on the front desk dealing with one flawed booking after another. I requested single beds twice but still got a king bed. Phone in the room didn’t work so w we had to queue up again. Very frustrating. Will not be returning

From Check in, this hotel was a nightmare. There was no receptionist for about 10 mins.I requested 2 rooms to be close together, our rooms were on the 3rd and 17th floor, definitely not close. The rooms were old but at least fairly clean. The car park was 14 levels down and very tight to fit a SUV in the grotty, rubbish car park spot. Then on the 2nd night there was no hot water, reception told us it would be fixed in an hour, but unfortunately was still not working the next morning. I would not recommend this hotel…

The check in process was great, the staff member we dealt with was very lovely. When we asked for a potential late check out (due to a work meeting) we were told it shouldn’t a problem. Then we were told the room had just been deep cleaned and the carpets were a bit wet and that industrial fans were on in the room. The carpet was soaking wet, and the fans were very loud! The apartment also smelt very bad. After we checked in they called to say that technicians needed to look at the air con so there was three men working in there while we were getting ready for an event. We were given the option to let them in come in later once we had left, but we didn’t feel comfortable having people in our room when we were there. We were unable to put anything on the floors in the room, due to how wet the carpet was, and were woken up by the smell multiple times during the evening. The location of the hotel was very close to everything we needed. The parking options were great and the staff were fantastic to deal with, but we would have liked to have known about the Maintenance going on in the room with both the air-conditioning and the carpet before, so we could have found alternative options.
