«Such an amazing hotel! Good food, friendly staff and amazing atmosphere.»

«I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 »

«Veldig fint rom med utsikt til Nahargarh Fort. Hyggelig betjening og ok beliggenhet. God frokost på fin takterasse. »

«Mitt beste hotellopphold så langt i India. Utrolig god service. Vil absolutt bruke dette hotellet igjen dersom jeg kommer tilbske til Jaipur.»

«Location»

«A 280 year old home in the midst of a teeming Jaipur bazaar. Open courtyard with rooms on all four sides - 4 floors. Decor wonderful - breakfast offerings unique to India lots of choices- eggs - no meat. The only hitch is you can’t be dropped off at the hotel - you call they send a rickshaw to a designated landmark. Don’t worry it works. Be prepared though for authentic bazaar colony/neighborhood With cows and monkeys.»

«The hotel is located away from the busy main street so you cannot hear any traffic, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds are good (medium-hard) and we slept like two babies. If you are used to travel in Asia or backpacker style the bathroom is decent/OK, but recommend to wear flip-flops while taking a shower. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a bit limited, but totally ok. Nice garden outside with benches. All in all, low-priced and good hotel with all your basics needs ...

«スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、お願いしたことに、すぐに対応してくれます。アグラまでの車の観光付き一日チャーターも手頃な値段で手配してくれました。料理もおいしかったです。お部屋もアラジンのような世界観で素敵でした。立地は少し不便で、わかりづらいです。»

«"A humble budget hotel" describes it more honestly than the hotel describes itself online. It isn't a "heritage" hotel, that's just the parent company name. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Only two pillows for a kingsize bed. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and un-secured. The restaurant is small, dark, and windowless. The food is okay. They say they have a 24 hr. airport shuttle but two online booking requests went unanswered. Good location for bazaars, City Palace. The staff were ...

«Traumhafte Woche in Jaipur in einem märchenhaften Palast mit extrem netten Personal. Wie aus 1001 Nacht.»

«Bra plassering, ok frokost, grei pris, fint på takterrassen om kvelden»

« This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. Yet that very next morning it was already sorted out before we woke up! They had our right room ready and we’re wanting to move us immediately. My husband and I went to walk ...
