  • This superior barn conversion, comprehensively refurbished in 2019, sits in peaceful surroundings adjoining the owner’s farmhouse, looking across fields towards the magnificent Three Cliffs. Gower, the UK’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is just waiting to be discovered. Walk through country lanes to the golden sands of Three Cliffs, which is overlooked by the equally beautiful Pennard Castle, a superb area for wildlife watching with wild ponies, birds and sea life. Attractions such as The Gower Heritage Centre, Singleton Park and The Mumbles are all worth a visit. Discover the coastal city of Swansea Bay with a range of shops, water sports, concerts and sporting events. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

    Enter the property into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a double height ceiling and character beams. The lounge area has a large comfy sofa, TV/DVD and a warming wood burner, making this a romantic retreat, any time of the year. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and a handy washer/dryer. Head along the hallway to the pretty, double bedroom. There is also a ground floor shower room with shower and WC. For those looking for some quiet time, there is a mezzanine, with restricted head height that is accessed up a ladder, providing the perfect space to relax with a good book.

    Outside there is an enclosed garden and patio accessed from the lounge, with garden furniture and gas BBQ. This sunny retreat leads to a five acre field where you can burn off some energy, all whilst looking out to the magnificent Three Cliffs beach and coastline. There is parking outside the property for two cars.
