The farm features plenty of open countryside and splendid sea views, with walks available from the farm across the countryside to Mewslade Bay, just under 2 miles away. Head to Rhossili Beach, renowned for its beautiful golden sand, which is ideal for walking, picnicking, or surfing. It's less than 2 miles away. If you need to go shopping, then head to Mumbles, just 14.5 miles away, full of seaside charm, quaint cottages, independent shops to explore and a castle to discover. Otherwise, you can head inland to visit the famous historic landmark of King Arthur's Stone Dolmen for a flavour of the gorgeous surrounding countryside, 5.5 miles away.
This is an elegant, cosy home, stylishly decorated with an enduring feel, featuring a spacious open-plan layout and thoughtful attention to detail. Notable features include the exquisite tiling around the electric wood-burning-effect fire in the lounge, and features prominently in the shower room. Cross the gravel from the parking area and enter via the front door into an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The space features retro accents in the kitchen, Art Deco touches, and a large bread-themed mural, creating a warm, nostalgic feel throughout. Ahead of you is the kitchen area equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals, and to your right is a dining table under the mural. As you walk through the property, a plush sofa is on the left, ideal for snuggling up on, while opposite, a Smart TV for entertainment and an electric wood-burning-effect fire ensure a welcoming ambience. Continue through to the bedroom with a king-size bed that can be split into two 2'6" twin beds if required, with ample storage space, and a traditional-style en-suite shower room featuring exposed brickwork.
You will have access to a communal 1.5-acre dog park and agility field, a safe, fully fenced space for off-lead fun and training, and Tucker's Park, a secure communal outdoor area, perfect for dogs needing quiet time away from the dog park. Coming soon is an enclosed rear garden, complete with garden furniture and a BBQ, an ideal entertaining space in good weather. There is private off-road parking available for 1 car.
