No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. «Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.»

«The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.»
