«Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.»

«I only gave this property 3 stars because the house really need some attention. There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again»

«The kitchen was fully equipped. I had trouble getting the dishwasher started, so I washed everything by hand. The layout of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was ideal for privacy amongst all the guests. The location is ideal on the water. It's a relaxing environment. The bedroom closest to the entrance could use a new mattress on both the big bed and the twin bed. But, other than that, you can tell it's quality furniture and accommodations. There were plenty of chairs and games for everyone. The parking ...
