Staff were a bit annoying … one of the bellboys had asked me to buy him cigarettes when we were going in to town to the shops… that’s so awkward and annoying , one of the receptionist used her staff points without our permission. Very annoying.

My stay at The Holiday Inn was truly delightful. The staff, from Litia and Sala at the front desk to Josevata the duty manager, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Viliame and Peni provided excellent service as porters, and the dining experience was outstanding thanks to Nemani, Apenisa, and Seba. Amani, the bartender, crafted exquisite cocktails for a touch of luxury in the evenings. The security team, led by Semisi, Mele, and Seba, ensured my safety and comfort throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at The Holiday Inn was amazing, thanks to the exceptional service of the talented staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay. Many thanks to the entire team for making my visit truly special.

Great short stay at Holiday Inn. Room well managed and clean. The breakfast at this time around was average not like it used to be before. My trip was great the room was clean but shower could have been cleaned a little better. My stay was nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff are friendly but service is very very slow. Coffees and drinks takes an hour. Table reset and cutlery request takes 2-3 reminders. Room was not ready at 2pm checkin. Checkout was a drama.Front desk staff tried to falsely charge us for room service. It took a police officer to help sort out the invoices. Staff couldn't produce the cctv evidence of room service. We were out for the night and apparently someone ordered room service. Didnt have our signature or any evidence to back up staff claim. Very disappointing after years of staying at Holiday Inn.
