Arrive, unwind, and enjoy the Grisons mountains: Our newly renovated vacation rental combines alpine charm with modern comfort. High-quality oak parquet flooring, warm color tones, and carefully selected materials that complement the mountain landscape create a stylish and cozy atmosphere.

The special highlight of this apartment is the unobstructed view directly from the living room: The view extends over the mountain village of Bivio to the ski slope and the surrounding Graubünden mountains. The very sunny balcony, which adjoins the living room, invites you to enjoy the mountain sun and the panoramic view in peace.

And sometimes nature reveals itself right outside the window: In winter, with a little luck, you can spot ibex above the ski slope—right from the living room.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a living area with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Additional sleeping arrangements are available for up to four guests in total.

The apartment is easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage.

Everything within walking distance—a car-free vacation

Once you arrive, you can leave your car in the garage: The ski lift, shops, restaurants, bus stop, and playground are only about 200–300 meters away. Many recreational activities also start right in the village.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail and ice rink are practically right outside the front door. This makes it easy to enjoy your vacation in Bivio without having to get in the car every day.

A garage parking space is included.

Indoor pool & sauna right in the building

After a day in the mountains, the large indoor pool right in the building is the perfect place to relax. A sauna is also available.

The indoor pool is closed from around mid-April to mid-June and from mid-October to mid-December.

Winter in Bivio—authentically traditional and diverse

Bivio offers approximately 30 km of natural snow slopes, including wide family runs, deep-snow slopes, and varied terrain. A professional ski school right in the village offers lessons for children and adults.

For the youngest visitors, the village has its own “Kinderland” with a 140-meter-long magic carpet lift.

Bivio also has plenty to offer away from the ski slopes: Cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, snowkiting, ice skating, and sledding are all possible right in town or in the immediate vicinity.

The sledding run is a special experience: The Pistenbock takes you comfortably uphill—and then a roughly 2.3 km-long descent back toward Bivio awaits.

Bivio is also considered an excellent starting point for ski tours into the high-alpine mountains and up the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks.

Summer in Parc Ela

Bivio is located at 1,769 meters above sea level in the heart of Parc Ela—Switzerland’s largest nature park. In summer, hikes and bike tours start practically right at your doorstep. Numerous routes start right in Bivio and lead through unspoiled side valleys, across alpine meadows, and up into the impressive high-mountain landscape surrounding the Julier Pass.

Directly above the village is a climbing wall with 11 different routes. Barbecue areas, mountain streams, and mountain lakes offer further opportunities for active and relaxing vacation days.

Fishing in the mountain streams or a trip to the nearby Marmorera Reservoir are also among the activities available around Bivio.

Perfectly located for day trips

St. Moritz, Lake Silvaplana, and Savognin are each about a 20-minute drive away. Bivio thus combines the tranquility of a traditional mountain village with easy access to some of Graubünden’s most famous destinations.
