The Space:

The apartment features a spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience. The main bedroom offers two queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the privacy of an en-suite bathroom with a lockout door, and a convenient half-bath for guests. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Entertainment is covered with HD smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Step outside onto the spacious patio and enjoy views of the courtyard and pool deck, complete with grilling areas. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the utility closet on the patio.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire apartment. Enjoy shared amenities like the swimming pool and BBQ grills.



The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony is located in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, comfortably sandwiched between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business and just about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access points. There are 4 grocery stores within 2 miles along with a slew of delicious restaurants for any taste. Check out Surfside Drive and the selections near the fabulous new Surfside Pier!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. The airport is about a 15-20 minute commute.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, it is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
