microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, griddle, air fryer, crockpot and

* The dining room is all about relaxing southern charm and seats eight (8) for dinner,

QUEEN sleeper sofa) and another smart TV – this room is year-round use summer or
winter and can be completely closed off for privacy if you choose to use as bedroom!

backyard, large dresser and mirror, 50” wall mounted smart TV, beautiful linens and
rugs, two nightstands with large coastal lamps and plugs for phones, etc., plus ensuite

* The guest room has a QUEEN bed and smart TV, nightstand, dresser and closet.
* The BUNKROOM sleeps 4 children, with dresser, closet and smart TV (bunks are NOT
adult sized).
* For families traveling with young children, the home also includes a Pack ’n Play with
upgraded mattress for guest use along with a highchair.
* For other sleeping options, as noted there is also a pullout QUEEN sleeper sofa in the
Carolina sunroom, but not to exceed 8 total guests max.

and all new for 2026 “THE OASIS” massive indoor pool – gorgeous indoor pool complex

* The ocean is a 3-minute golf cart ride with gated private parking for OSV visitors.
* Onsite fitness center is available for a nominal weekly fee.
* In addition to your beautiful vacation home, there is even more that Oceanside Village

beach parking lot will be provided at the Rose Real Estate office upon arrival. Please
note key cards must be returned or there will be a $30 replacement charge.
