«10/10»

«The room was nearly as nice as the staff. Very attentive and friendly people. The breakfast was also lovely, but the highlight has to be the Sky Grill»

«Koselig og erverdig hotell med nydelig hage og bra basseng. Restauranten var ikke den aller beste, med begrenset utvalg til frokost og ikke all verden kvalitet på maten. Badene på rommene kunne trengt en modernisering og sengene kunne vært litt lengre. Men det var rent og ordentlig og ok verdi for pengene. Kommer gjerne igjen.»

«Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.»

«Amazing clean room staff m»

«Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo»

«Beautifully Property with well clear rooms & Staff is also helpful»

«Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.»

«It was a very calm stay. Location was easily reachable. Rooms were clean and all amenities were there. Owners (Mr. Tarun and his Father) were very friendly and they were ready to help anytime. Great assistance. All in all, perfect stay, highly recommended.»

«飯店老闆人很好，也很親切，有任何問題都願意幫忙，離車站很近，乾淨整潔。»

«The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!»

«This hotel does not have 24hr hot water supply. That is the only downside. Apart from that its a Great hotel for everyone. »

«I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of ...

«Property are soo goated»

«It was difficult to speak with staff who didn’t speak English. However one of staff had beautiful smile.»

«This hotel looks quite new. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was service minded, and really did their best - despite their rather bad english. There are no restaurant or eating area at the hotel, but the food you get in room service is good. We would say you get a lot for your money here. The area is not good, though. For us it didn't matter because we had a taxi and guide all day, and didn't spend so much time in our room. This is a good room to come home to, with a friendly staff. We ...

«Dirty hotel and rooms. Room linen was unbearable. Staff was obnoxious. Dust bowl everywhere else. The restaurant looked like a construction site. Location is poor too, goes through congested and small streets. Do not book this place.»

«hotel was good but food was pathetic and looked like days old, however the staff was very friendly, room was very well maintained and comfortable.»
