«The property itself is beautiful and quirky which we loved. The kitchen train carriage is also great and it's a wonderful area to stay in.
Breakfast was OK, but very basic. Our main issue was privacy - which varies depending on the room you're in. This was not accurately described in our opinion and we were disappointed to discover our bedroom faced directly onto a shared verandah. We had other guests right outside, literally 2 metres from our bed - and with very thin verandah doors and ...

«Montville was an adventure. If one has a mobility limitation, getting around on the steep main street can be quite challenging. This was also true of the Altitude on Montville, which is built on a steep slope.
The room that is equipped for disabled access is beautiful. We'd have been very happy there, but it wasn't practical to use it because a power surge during a recent storm had killed the small lift that was needed to access the room.
