«The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.»

«Overall the property was very nice. A few things that we experienced should/could be addressed. The security gate around the pool area for safety should be addressed as it is unsafe. We found out that our one and half year old granddaughter could, by slightly tapping the gate, unhook the gate. So glad we noticed as we sat by the pool. The cement blocks area around the pool was filled with weeds. A bar (rail) for getting in and out of the pool would be nice too. A better explanation of trash ...

«Great location with amenities. House was clean and well put together. Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping centers. Only a few minor issues: There was supposed to be coffee to gets us started and there was none. The internet went out first night which was required to operate the TVs I reached out about it and never heard back and never got fixed. The propane grill by the pool did not have propane. «Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on. «This was a great place to relax and we really enjoyed the clubhouse with lazy river and water slide. One thing to note: this listing does not provide any toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and items like that. We were traveling by plane and unexpectedly needed to go buy those items once we arrived. «Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. Most dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. were on hand. Disappointed that there was no mention of Access card for community pool. Didn't get one till last day. There was no table outside to dine on in the pool area. No glass ware was to be taken to pool area, but no plastic cups, etc. was anywhere on site. Ad should also mention a Keurig is in kitchen. The pads on the lounge chairs were disgusting, and should be replaced.»

Loved our stay!
"Our family of four loved our stay at Mystic Dunes this easter. The two-bedroom suite (fully equipped) we stayed in had plenty of space and was nice & clean. The resort had plenty of pools & activities and was very well kept. Great location as well, close to plenty of restaurants & parks. The few interactions and questions we had with the front desk was delt with quickly and with a smile - great service! An added bonus with the golfcourses so I managed to sneak out for 18 holes with rented clubs one afternoon! Nice course! Will definately stay there again! "
