«Don't expect what you don't inspect. The initial room we were given was not even clean! I found at least 7 things and wasn't even looking. The toilet is so small it was only for a child. After discussing with front desk we were moved to a more appropriate room which was clean.»

«Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. «The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.»
