This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sunrise Beach property on the 33.5 mm is set up for water lovers, with a boat dock on-site! This waterfront home is ideally located so you can spend your day boating, swimming off the swim deck, or enjoying a ball game on the 65" Smart TV in the dock shed. Those who prefer to stay on land can relax on the deck and watch the boats go by or stay cool inside streaming their favorite show. Lake views from every room. This home is an oasis for all!

* Enjoy the use of a private dock with a 12x30 slip, dock shed with 65” smart TV and refrigerator, Wet Steps, and built in steps to sit and dangle your feet in to make your days at the lake memorable!

* Free fiber WIFI, laundry room with washer and dryer, linens are provided, EV charging available, and keyless entry for house and dock shed.

* Enjoy the deck with a gas BBQ grill and glass railing for an unobstructed view of the lake.

* * Parking for 4 cars, 2 next to the house and 2 small vehicles in the carport. No Trailer Parking.

* EV Charging cable available for all EV's in the carport (Level 2 charging), Tesla adapter also available.

* NO trailer parking at the house. For boat launching and trailer parking go South on Hwy 5 to the Hurricane Deck Bridge, turn left just before the bridge, boat ramp is right there. It is an honor system, put your money in the box at the top of the ramp. Going down the ramp may seem steep but plenty of room for turning around at the bottom to back your boat in to the water.

Some of the amenities are 2 water heaters for plenty of hot water, free fiber WIFI, laundry room with washer and dryer, linens and bathing towels are provided.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats up to 4 people and is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals for the whole family. Dining room table that seats 6!!

Living Room
The living room features a stone fireplace, a reclining sofa and 2 recliners, 65" smart TV, and a beautiful wall of windows overlooking the lake. There is also access to the 3 season sunporch right off the living room to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

TV Room
This bonus TV room features a sofa and loveseat with ottomans, a 65” smart TV, and a beautiful view of the lake. There are also card games in the cabinet.

Master Bedroom
The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom. Large windows to enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The master bathroom features double vanity sinks with marble countertops and a tiled walk-in shower.

The third bathroom is on the lower level just off the kitchen and has a single vanity with a marble countertop and a shower.

Neighborhood Description
This home, nestled in an older neighborhood, is located at the 33.5 mm of the main channel near many lake side dining restaurants. There are plenty of activities nearby like Ha Ha Tonka State park for some hiking, Big Surf Waterpark, Ozark Amphitheater if you want to take in a concert, and boat or jetski rentals available at Pirates Point.

No more toll bridge, take advantage of the lower nightly rates on the Sunrise Beach side vs the Osage Beach side. Only 15 min to Osage Beach.

Summer Vacation 2025-Extended Weekend

We enjoyed our time. The house was just as it was in the pictures and describe in the description. The property manager was helpful and provided us with information about boat rentals ahead of our trip so we could make a reservation. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The boat dock was very fun and we recommend bringing your own floats and for young kids or not strong swimmers, life vest are a good recommendation , as it is deep and pretty wavy water. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Beds were very comfortable too!

A Glorious Place for Grillin’, Chillin’ and Kayaking!

We had such a lovely time at this spacious Sunrise Beach home, we never ventured out of the neighborhood the whole week! There’s a grocery store in nearby Laurie, MO, but we had brought enough food so we never needed to. It was nice to just chill and kayak throughout the week—we definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay overall

Easy and quick communication with home manager. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was in the kitchen to make our Thanksgiving dinner go perfectly! Check in and check out was an easy process. We didn't expect the steep road and inability to turn around without going into neighbor's driveway. Definitely follow their instructions if you plan to bring a boat! The neighborhood looked a little run down, but once you were inside and looking toward the lake/were outside, you didn't notice any of that. There was quite a bit of white fur in the back TV room that stuck to everyone, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time together. Everything was well stocked. Plenty of towels and TP, soap, etc for our group of 7. We were pleasantly surprised and happy to have a couple folding tables for puzzles and playing games with our kiddos. The view was amazing and we loved the sun porch! I imagine this gets pretty hot in the summer, however it was perfect for the fall weather we had! The kids caught lots of fish off the dock and everyone slept great!

Lake House

House was super clean. Master bedroom is crazy small. Neighborhood was a little rundown. Parking is really tight for a full size pickup. Boat dock was wonderful. Sunroom was very nice. Had all the appliances, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans that you needed. The only real issues I have with this property is the neighborhood, the size of the master bedroom and parking.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

I had some friends stay here for Memorial day. They said that the drive down to the house was interesting but that the house was very nice and beautiful. The dock is on the main channel of the lake so on big weekends it can get a little wavy from the traffic. They did state that there was a Tesla charging port, but in fact, there wasn't when my guests showed up. I think they ended up figuring out a solution but that was a sad disappointment when my friends drove from Kentucky with their Tesla after being told there would be a port to charge at the house.

Fantastic property

This was the perfect place for our short vacation. Very clean, neatly decorated, and everything you need to have a great time at the lake. We loved the dock and spent most of our time fishing and floating. Caught several fish throughout the days and also just enjoyed listening to music and enjoying the dock. Plenty of room and showers for large families. Excellent communication.

Wonderful Summer Getaway

The house was beautiful, modern, and well equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room, and I appreciated the open kitchen/living room layout. The sunroom was perfect for enjoying the quiet mornings. The dock is only a few easy steps away and was very nice, although having a table down there would be fun. We rented a boat from Pirates Point, which is right around the corner and very convienent. Being right off the main channel does make it wavy if you intend to swim off the dock (although we think the waves are fun). The house is in a small community with steep hills. The house is about 5 mins. from a Dollar Tree and 10 mins. to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend staying here!

Family get away

We stayed for a week in July. Kids in their 20’s and mom and dad in their 50’s. We didn’t do much except hang out in the beautiful new dock, and cook. The dock was great. It had a full size refrigerator and tv. The inside kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every meal there. Nice grill and and extra propane tank just incase. Like they said in the info. You are on the main channel so it can get rough. We had a lot of floating g devices which you definitely need if you are in the water. Overall a great week and a nice place to get away

Amazing Lakeside Home

Plenty of room for a party of eight. Plenty of room for people to spread out, watch TV, or lounge around. The sun room was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The dock is wonderful! We spent so much time out there just sitting, swimming, watching Tv, and enjoying the breeze off the lake. Boat rental is just a short drive away. Glad we were in a location that wasn’t flooded with tourists, condos, and activity. Great getaway for our group.

Great family vacation spot

We really enjoyed this property! We traveled with 3 generations for a week long trip. The house was well stocked and had several things we forgot to bring. The dock was amazing and provided hours of fishing and wildlife viewing!

Close to the water amazing views

Overall the house was very nice, it wasn't super clean, there was a layer of dust on the appliances and cookware, and the toilets had not been wiped down. The access to the lake was wonderful. The house was equipped with everything you need. Not a house for older adults who might have issues with stairs. Also, the house does not have any bathtubs or ledges in the shower to make it easy for shaving.
