Five night stay
Nice lofty space with a quiet atmosphere. Slept well and enjoyed the amenities and the extra night at a low cost. Three flights of stairs to the top, but worth the hike. Nice large community jacuzzi and parking underground.

Not the best
Unfortunately, this was not a great stay. It was very clean and decorated cute, and a reasonable price, however, there were things lacking, such as to use the fireplace the pilot light needed to be llit, but there were no matches available, so we were unable to use the fireplace, one of the reasons we chose this spot. There also was not provided coffee, which is fine, except that we are used to that being an amenity, so we also woke up to no coffee in the morning. The bed was not comfortable and we had a hard time sleeping. We tried to reach out to Vacasa a few times over some things, including extending a night, because we were having car trouble, and they did not reply until two days after we checked out. The decor was cute, and after we had some car troubles we went a little over our checkout time, and the cleaning staff showed up, and were very understanding and kind about it. I do not believe we would choose this property again, and as Vacasa is often times more difficult to work with than a property owner, I would say that if given the option, we would choose to avoid working with them in the future. I have never written a negative review before, but thought that these would be important things to know!

Great condo location, clean and comfortable!
We had a great stay for 4 nights. One of the bathroom sinks was plugged up and the property manager was unable to unplug it. Also the pool and spa were closed until November (would have been nice to know ahead of time).

Quick get away
So lovely and beautiful and comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed it we wish we could stay longer. We’d love to come back. The only issue was our pool passes were not on the counter. so we had to wait at the pool for quite some time and called the one 800 number and then they figured it out and all was good 😊

Check-in Nightmare
Upon arriving at the condo we were unable to access the unit because the code for the electronic door lock was incorrect (it takes a 4 digit code not the 10 digit code provided to us). In addition the lockbox for the emergency key was empty. It took up to 90 minutes working with the property management company and their local maintenance staff in order to get us beyond the hallway and inside the condo. The real kicker to the situation was that the problem with the electronic door lock and missing backup key were known issues that were documented by the property manager. Grrrrr! Once beyond the door issue the condo was great for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable unit. The bed was comfortable and the building was quite. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wants to eat in. A nice gas fireplace kept us toasty warm. We'd definitely go back provided the lock issue is resolved for certain.

Small studio, fine for the price
The property is as pictured and advertised. It is pretty small, but has everything you need. It's a 3rd floor unit, and the elevator is not close so if you have large luggage be prepared to carry it up stairs.

Perfect little spot for trip to Sun Valley
A cozy and affordable place to stay in Sun Valley, has everything you need for a short stay and is right on the blue line bus route to get to town and other areas. Buses run every 30 mins. It was so convenient.

The condo was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. The amount of incoming data tied to reservation is too much and needs to be condensed and entry access PIN given up-front and easy to find. The parking is confusing and maybe the garage doors could be color coded. We were three women and had two vehicles. The condo provided only one spot with many threats of towing and booting for vehicles not parked as ordered. Also, the stairwell leading to the third floor smelled terrible... urine smell.

AWSOME
Huge hot tub the size of a pool. Litterally walked to lift with our kids in ski gear for a total of 40 seconds. AWSOME. The stairs are CRAZY STEEP AND NARROW!! Not for elderly, crawling kiddos, or overweight (not to be rude) but when you see it you’ll understand. AWSOME deck with grill. Kitchen is mini but we made dinner for 2 adults 3 kiddos without issue.

Great location condo just ok
We tried to look for marked parking spots but could not find any in the underground lot that was completely full anyway so we parked in the tennis outside lot. Getting luggage upstairs was cumbersome because of the location of the elevator (in the building next to the building) but that’s how the whole property was designed. The condo was very well stocked for making home made meals. The carpet was dirty with stains and there was a funky smell in the corner of the living room next to to bed and lamp. We wanted to put towels in the washing machine upon check out but we could not find one in the condo. The door lock would not lock at times and it felt like the door could be easily opened if you push harder which made us feel uneasy at night. Overall, the condo’s decor is outdated but the location is excellent with the bus right outside and we enjoyed staying there.

Weekend get away
Condos are lovely outside. Inside it was interesting. We froze the first night and into 2nd day due to high vaulted ceilings ceiling took a long time to get heat up to normal level. Not sure heat was working right. Parking was several Buildings down and no elevator in the building we stayed in. So you had to park then carry all your belongings 3 buildings down to get to elevator to use then take bridge way and more stairs to get your stuff into the condo. This made it difficult. The condo was clean and nice inside. We never did find the hot tub or sauna not even sure where these were located. Was a nice relaxing weekend that we enjoyed much!!

Condo was decent. Marketing was wrong
We picked this unit because it advertised the use of a hot tub. AFTER we booked our weekend stay, it stated the hot tub was not in service for the winter. Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print in one of the emails I got after booking that stated that. We found out after we got there. Other than that accommodations were pretty decent. We were able to ride our bikes Ketchum, which was nice.

It was quite dirty and could really use some freshening up.
We came in at night. First the building was hard to find. Not well marked. We first found our room was on the third floor with no elevator. That could have been something we missed in the description. Then we had trouble finding the parking which was two buildings away. Also carpet and floors were very dirty.

Nice little studio
The studio was clean when we arrived and well kept. There were no pillows for the trundle bed so we had to use the decorative pillows with covers over them. The fireplace generated no heat and the heating element didn’t work the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay. Of course we were gone all day and didn’t realize this until 9pm of the 2nd day so the night was super cold. We tried calling but no one answers the phone. On the upside the location is awesome—close to the hiking and biking we love. The size was great for 3 of us. So I give it 3 stars for no pillows and a broken heater.

Great location but not in great shape
Condo is small but fits 4 okay (2 adults and 2 small kids). The interior is a bit warn and the furnishings have seen better days. The location on the other hand is excellent! Great easy access to Sun Valley, the community pool, and walking trails. I had a lot of issues getting check in information from the management company and got no repsonse when we tend to contact them.

2 out 3 mattresses comfortable. Only one comfortable chair. Lighting is not sufficient or pleasing.
Absolutely no frills. No cutting board, knives so cheap they hardly cut, very little counter space, few tv channels, thinnest toilet paper I've ever used. Condo location good but parking not convenient for loading/unloading suitcases etc. No table for meals.Problem with pool pass quickly resolved by Vacasa

Nice place perfect for 2 with 1 major drawback
My son and I came to Sun Valley to ski/board for his 30th birthday. We found the unit to be perfect for our needs with a couple of minor concerns and one huge drawback. The instructions told us to use the underground parking, there are 3 or 4 underground lots, after driving in and out of 2 garages we found the correct one. We expected the condo to be above the parking garage,...it wasn't. Very confusing. Loved the unit except there wasn't a scrub brush or sponge to wash dishes/pans with - we did the best we could with a small rag. We expected "cable" tv to be more than the 5 channels we got, ESPN would have been appreciated. So, the huge drawback was the parking. The instructions told us that if the 1 underground lot for rentals was full (only 1/2 of the spaces were allotted for rentals) we should park at the pool lot, not a problem if you can find the pool. With 10 foot snow berms it took us quite a while to find it. The pool lot was 300 yards from our condo, it took 2 minutes 30 to seconds to walk back to the condo, not much fun when it's snowing and -3 degrees. We stayed 5 nights and all 5 nights we had to park at the pool lot. Amazingly, we were the only vehicle in the pool lot every night.

Excellent spot for 2!
This property has everything you need for a trip for 2 to Sun Valley. We had a little bit of trouble figuring out where to park and which building it was (since it was in a complex), but once we sorted that out it was great. We had a few issues with the sink and the fireplace, but Vacasa got those sorted out for us, while we were up skiing on the mountain. Definitely looking forward to next adventure back to Sun Valley!

Great Location but condo was lacking some comfort
The condo is in a great location with easy bike / bus access to Ketchum. Used the tennis courts and glad to see not only hard courts but also hard tru (green clay). Condo was missing the garage permit as well as NO wine bottle opener. Vacasa employee who brought us the parking permit mentioned that they usually leave a bottle opener but did not offer to bring us one. Thanks to a nice neighbour we corked the wine. Linens were fine in this unit but the spreads definitely need to be changed out from the "satin" quality of low end. Unit was clean but despite a no smoking sign in the hall way, there was a very distinct cigarette odor present. There is no parking anywhere near if you have a trailer so we had to park ours at the Dollar Mountain lot. If you have an oversized truck with a lift kit (we did not), you will have to park more than a walking distance from the property. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

Sun Valley condo
This is a small condo. Fine for two people who don't intend to spend a lot of in doors. It's clean, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen adequate for breakfast and lunch. There is a small loft, just big enough for a bed and small half bath. There is an additional heater on the wall behind the day bed downstairs which helps in the winter. It's nice to have underground parking even though you must go outside to access it.

Cute condo in residential area, short drive to town.
The condo was adorable, big window, beach sand colored wood to the ceiling. The beds were not that comfortable but for only a couple nights wasn't that bad. We had a hard time staying warm in the condo because there was no "Guest Book Manual" to tell us about the heater locations and how to turn them on. We had to have our coats on the whole time, hard to relax. On the third day we had located a base heater behind the couch/lower bed but that was on our way out. The fire place, to our knowledge, is only for looks... Doesn't provide any heat at all. I was surprised at how stocked the kitchen was... that was definitely a plus if we planned on cooking. Pots, pans, utensils, coffee cups and everything. I would stay here again if the owner would send us the details of how to use everything. It was frustrating to see previous comments about how the heater was fixed but then when we got there couldn't find the instructions on how to find and use those functions. The condo is less than 10 minutes from town. We went to Ketchum and Hailey for the days and got food, bar hopping, appetizer tours and stopped at a few thrift stores. Cornerstone was by far our favorite place to stop. The atmosphere was casual but cozy with the high ceilings, brick walls and lighting. Our bartender was friendly and accommodating for our needy requests. The pretzel sticks there are crazy good, we cant stop talking about how delicious they were.. we have told many people about them since we came back. Definitely check out the Sun Valley Resort, it is beyond beautiful and has a bowling alley and restaurants to grab a drink or fancy meal. We walked around and still loved to just window shop. There are shops on the side and our favorite was Bald Mountain Pizza, the Idaho pizza with potatoes and bacon was absolutely delicious! The favorite thrift store we went to was the Dollhouse Consignment Boutique. Awesome selection and the owner was amazing to talk to!
