The Space
Blue Mind #225 features a bright coastal interior designed for easy vacation living. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax after a day on the water or exploring the islands.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay and features an island with bar stool seating, perfect for casual breakfasts, cocktails, or planning the day's adventures. Coffee lovers will appreciate the combination Keurig and drip coffee maker so everyone can enjoy their favorite morning brew.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home for guest use during your stay.

Pet-Friendly Details
This home is pet friendly for 1 dog or up to 2 small dogs with a $250 pet fee per pet. Guests must notify the rental manager at the time of booking if bringing pets.

Looe Key Reef, famous for world-class snorkeling and diving, is nearby, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional nightlife, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 16' long x 10.5' wide. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
