Home Description - this is a small `hotel-style` unit with a large King Bed. Please be aware it can be perfect for some and extremely cozy for others! Parking is directly out front with a `Jennifer`s Room` sign entrance.
Inside the Unit:
- Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (no stove or oven)
- Coffee area for your morning pick-me-up
- No washer/dryer available
- Outdoor shared patio for lounging and dining al fresco
Pet rules:
- pets must stay off furniture, use restroom outside, and not be left alone in the unit. Violations or damages may result in a fee.
- 1 dog welcome (no other animals without prior host approval)
Parking & Entry Notes
- Free parking for 1 vehicle (see sign)
- Please be aware: this is a duplex with one shared wall. Room is adjacent to the road.
- Guests taller than 5’10” may need to duck slightly when entering the unit
Enter through the white gate and turn left, look for the `Jennifer`s Room` sign :)
Enter code and turn deadbolt away from door.

No parties, events or smoking allowed
Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture! This may result in additional charges.
Trash Day is Friday mornings and Gardeners come by every other Friday in the mornings
