«Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort.»

«The property was as expected. A little issue at check in, I appreciated the door code well in advance but when arriving it would not work, after calling they were very helpful and got into the room fairly quickly as they had replaced the lock and assembly and therefor had a new code....if you sent me the code 2 weeks in advance as a common practice wouldn't you think to send an updated email to the future guests? Anyway, minor in the grand scheme of things. We enjoyed our stay, the location is ...

«We chose this location because we had honeymooned at this same location 35 years ago. The location is great with direct access to the beach and pool, along with many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The hosts never sent check in information, so 2 hours before check in time I reached out and received a code for the unit. The beach and pool access requires a separate code which was not in the unit(I feel like that should be in the unit) so I had to reach out again. The unit itself ...

«We booked last minute…The host communicated with us that the room was available earlier than expected which was fantastic after a long 10 hour drive. It was our second trip to IOP and second time at Sea Cabins. The room was clean and just as described. Communication was excellent, it’s an affordable place to stay, within walking distance to restaurants and coffee. We didn’t cook in the unit but there are plenty of utensils to do so. «Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! Tried calling their number, but got VM, which they did not get.The location and partial view are nice, saved it from a 1 star. Overall one of the most ...
