«The hallways smelled like animal urine, this was a dog friendly hotel. The noise from the room above was unacceptable, sounded like someone was bowling. The soap dispensers in the bathroom over the sink were not accessible to the handicapped person in the mobility scooter. There was only a single tiny waste basket for the entire suite. One of the bedsides lamps was totally inoperative, and could not charge phone either. Staff was very nice though!»

«I was charged $500 for “smoking” in my room when I don’t smoke. When I disputed the charge with the manager, he would not remove the charge and would not provide any documentation to support the charge. I would NEVER stay at this location again.»

The kitchen was clean, and breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. We also appreciated having access to the gym during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay again!»

«Quiet location, reasonable price. The room was in a bit of a poor condition though. Worn down furniture, cracks and dents all over. The shower head-hose was coming off the wall - and the tub was not possible to use because the plug wasn’t functioning. »
