Honestly, the pictures don’t do enough justice. Great stay, quick response, and fantastic location to deadwood. Would highly recommend.

Family Time

We loved our stay, the property was clean and very nice space. It had 2 living rooms, and enough beds to accommodate our large group. The hottub was also amazing, thanks so much for giving our family a space to be together under one roof.

Spacious!

Our stay was great! With 5 kids & 4 adults and we all had a bed to sleep on and enough room that we didn't step on each other toes. Location was great, right between Deadwood and Sturgis and not too far from Spearfish. Hot tub was great! Would stay again.

Marathon Weekend

This house was the perfect size for our group! Lots of beds and decent common area space inside. The deck outside was huge and very nice! Will stay again in the future.

Super place

The host was amazing and helpful. The home was clean and supplied well, with everyday needs. The location was easy to find, being in the middle of two great towns was a huge point for us. I would highly recommend this place.

The house was very clean and beautiful, we had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy, and nice big front deck. Only complaint I have is that The yard was quite a bit overgrown so the kids couldn’t enjoy being outside much besides on the deck. Which she told us the landscapers backed out last minute and they were working on finding someone else.

Very Nice large home

Large home with plenty of beds. The location is great; close to Deadwood and Sturgis. The huge yard with trees and the oversized deck was very nice. The kitchen is well-stocked, with a lot of condiments and coffee. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. The beds and bedding were comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was beautiful. The highway can be a little bit dangerous in that particular area, but I really enjoyed that it was right between Sturgis and deadwood. I would love to stay there again! The colors of fall are absolutely spectacular, and it's wonderful for a family get together- that's what we did, split the cost three ways, and it was cost-effective for everybody!

A+ Rental Property

You can tell when a host really cares about the quality of their listing and it shows with this property. Everything is clearly well thought out and no corners have been cut. Everything is clean and the neighborhood feels very safe. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fall Stay

We had plenty of room, the location was great. The foosball and arcade game was liked by kids and adults. Nice quite neighborhood with a lot of turkeys and deer. We enjoyed our stay. It does need an iron and a blender (we enjoy our smoothies ) The property manager got our refrigerator fixed right away when it broke on the weekend! The beds are very comfortable.

7 Travelers

The trip was a girls getaway. Great time nice place. The place was a good location and very spacious. We had plenty of room. Was disappointed that the hot was not clean, in fact very dirty. We were looking forward to that. After contacting the owners we were able to get the tv to work. Directions by the tv would have avoided that call. Only apps not local or cable. All in all a very nice vacation.

Nice Place, questionable management

Place was nice, hot tub was wonderful, but there were several large problems that were a pain to deal with. 1. when we arrived, the code to the front door did not work which took an hour of calling around to get working. There was a “typo” when they input the code. 2. There was an advertised air mattress but no pump anywhere to be found. 3. There was a neighbors dog that would not leave us alone for our entire stay and ate food off of the table while we were grilling. Lovely little dog but kind of unbelievable. 4. There was no gas left in the grill and we had to drive to the store to replace it (atleast we got a refund for that). Other than that very nice property and large enough for a big group and didn’t feel cramped. 3 super nice bathrooms.

WORST VACATION RENTAL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!

This house severely fell short of the amenities listed & shown: The air conditioning did not work, the water stopped working twice during our stay for more than a 1/2 hour each time, the refrigerator ice maker did not work, gas fire pit did not work, although the hot tub worked it was swarming with wasps, a chair by the hot tub was broken, the grass was extremely long when we arrived, gas grill was filthy.We needed air as Sturgis temps were well over 105°F during our stay. Everyone needs water!! We arrived on Thurs. around 3:30, the house was not very cool. We thought maybe air had just turned down for our arrival & it hadn’t cooled down completely. We immediately realized the ice maker was not working, because we wanted to be able to take a cooler on our day trip. We had to buy ice.Fri. around noon we topped the hot tub with water as the level was not covering the jets. After 25 gallons of water being added, the water stopped completely. I immediately called the guest contact only to have my call go unanswered. I tried to leave a message but was unable to nor did I ever receive a call back. I was going to ask what we were to do about the water & to let them know that the air-conditioning wasn't working. After waiting approx. 30 minutes, the water started to flow, so we were late for plans. All five of us still needed a shower. When we arrived back to the house Friday night, my son said that there was water dripping from an air vent in the basement ceiling.Sat. while trying to get ready to leave we ran out of water again after 4 of us took showers. We waited 30 min. for the 5th person to take a shower. Late again! When we arrived back Sat. night around 10:30, the house was extremely warm, my son went downstairs & said there was water coming out of a light fixture in ceiling! A complete Fire Hazard! I called the guest contact again, he did answer but was completely rude & unhelpful. My husband found the furnace and it was completely covered in ice!Sun. my alarm went off at 8:30. 8:32 the Guest Contact/Owner text me saying “Air seems to be working now.” I replied “Thanks to my husband for staying up till 1:30 thawing the ice on the air conditioner with a blow dryer, so it could run properly. Your welcome!” I would sure like to know how he knew the air conditioner was working properly. If he knew then that it was working properly then, how did he not know it wasn’t working properly during our entire Stay!! I’m sure he did & chose to ignore it!
