This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has amenities for everyone!
Conveniently located a block from the beach/park and three blocks from shops, food and marina.

There is a fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? Plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, instapot, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station for around $20.
Dining: Kitchen Counter with 2 stools. Dining room table that seats 6.
Front Porch: Small table, chairs and umbrella for breakfast outdoors.
Backyard: Picnic table seats four. Fire pit and wood for use.
Games: Cards, Board Games

Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided!
Beach Equipment: sand chairs, large beach mat, cooler bag, sand toys and beach cart provided
Fishing Rods and a basic tackle box is provided for fishing the many fishing spots in the area.
Bikes** are available for use. Basketball, tennis racquets for use at the park.
** Bikes are repaired annually by a local bike shop. We do not inspect the bikes after every stay, so we cannot guarantee their safety and availability. We offer them as a courtesy to our guests. If people are reckless with them, it will limit use for future guests, so please be respectful. If something gets damaged, please let us know.
