Accommodating up to 24 guests, the Pool Haus is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, yoga retreats, couple's getaways, or trips with friends. Fully renovated, our home features exquisite hardwood floors, fresh paint, luxurious tile finishes, stone counters, stainless appliances, and a delightful coffee café to kick-start your day. The open concept living areas span two levels, allowing everyone to enjoy spacious and comfortable surroundings.

Located just 15 minutes from the historic downtown district of Sturgeon Bay, our property offers easy access to a plethora of bars, restaurants, shops, museums, coffee shops, beaches, piers, and parks. ~THE MAIN HOUSE~

BEDROOMS:
- 12 total bedrooms, with the first 9 located in the main house and the remaining 3 in the guest house just steps away.

Bedroom 1: "Master Suite" includes a King bed, a pull-out couch, a baby room with a crib, and a spacious en suite bathroom.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:

LIVING ROOM:
Featuring a large sectional couch and a pull-out couch for additional sleeping space, a 60-inch ROKU TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the scenery.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances and stone counters, including 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 1 oven, 1 microwave, and island seating for 10. You'll find all the necessities to prepare and enjoy meals. (There's another fully equipped kitchen in the guest house!)

DINING ROOM:
Gather around the large custom farmhouse table for memorable group meals!

CAFE/COFFEE BAR:
Start your day in our beautiful and brand new coffee area, complete with café seating for 10 and a fully stocked coffee bar. No need to bring your own coffee!

GAME ROOM:
Have a blast in the game room, offering a pool table, 3 arcade machines, a professional dartboard, shuffleboard, air hockey, a 60-inch ROKU TV, a poker table, a mini fridge, a microwave, island seating, and a wide selection of board games!

THEATER ROOM:
Enjoy a cinematic experience in our theater room, featuring a massive 70-inch TV, theater seating, giant bean bag chairs, and a mini fridge and microwave for snacks and beverages!

KIDS PLAY ROOM:
The little ones will have a blast in our dedicated play area, filled with toys suitable for various ages.

BABY ROOMS:
Bedrooms 1 & 6 feature private baby rooms with cribs. We also provide 4 pack 'n plays, baby monitors, and noise machines for your comfort and convenience.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs during your stay. No need to overpack! (There's a second washer and dryer in the guest house!)

~OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS~

BASKETBALL/TENNIS COURT:
Enjoy our brand new professional court, complete with rackets and balls.

GRILLING STATION:
Make use of the gas and charcoal grills, along with essential grilling utensils. Five picnic tables are provided for delightful outdoor dining experiences. (Please note that propane or charcoal is not provided.)

BONFIRE PIT:
Gather around our massive bonfire pit, equipped with comfortable Adirondack chairs. (Firewood is not provided.)

GRASSY AREAS:
With 6 acres of private land, there's plenty of space for fun and games!

~EXCLUSIVE ADVENTURE SHED & POOL~

Our 10-car garage has been transformed into an extraordinary game zone. The Adventure Shed offers an indoor bag toss tournament area, 3 picnic tables, an 80-inch TV, kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, strollers, coolers, and everything else you need for an adventure during your stay at the Pool Haus.

Our indoor pool is climate controlled and heated to 80-84 degrees, ranging in depths from 3 to 8 feet, and includes a diving board. We provide a party speaker, life jackets, floaties, noodles, and an assortment of pool toys. Inside the pool building, you'll find a shower and a changing room for your comfort and convenience.

~THE GUEST HOUSE~

An extension of the main house, the fully furnished guest house offers an additional level of privacy and comfort for your group. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living area, a dining area, a coffee bar, a sauna, and a dedicated work space with a desk.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

RULES/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Failure to abide by these rules will cause a cancelation without refund*

-NO RVS. Unfortunately our township does not allow them. Thank you for understanding.

1. PET POLICY: Dogs can be allowed with prior approval by management and at $50 a day per dog. Absolutely no cats because we have allergic family members.

2. Security deposit of $1,500 is required. An email will be sent after you book where you can input your information. This is a "hold." We do not take any money out of your account, there is a hold placed 1 day before you arrive and released after your stay if no damages are done to the property and house rules are followed.

3. There is a fee of $25 per person per night for guests exceeding 18 people. Although our maximum capacity is 24, these fees cover the additional costs of cleaning, laundering linens and towels, and general wear and tear. We appreciate your understanding.

4. No refunds of any kind will be issued due to things outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

5. The WIFI with Door County Broadband has been very fast and reliable. However, we are in the country so spottiness can occur.

6. Absolutely no unauthorized guests or going over the occupancy limits. Sorry, no exceptions.

7. We attempt to ensure every effort is made to assure the accuracy of this ad, however, errors may occur. We will do our best to keep all information current and accurate. Sometimes things outside the homeowners control may happen and if they do the homeowner will attempt to resolve them, but is not liable.

8. Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.

9. Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

MANAGEMENT:
"The Pool Haus" is managed by Little Adventure Vacation Rentals LLC and takes no liability for damage caused by you or your guests. Or local, state, or federal violations caused by your party. The Pool Haus is registered with the Door County Tourism Zone.
