Nervous about alligators? Don't be! They don't exist in this part of Florida. (Gators can't survive near the beach in saltwater environments; they live only inland, where there is fresh water.)

About sand fleas & mosquitos: These outdoor pests sometimes visit "Wild" coastal Florida, too! Recently, the homeowner installed a property-wide misting system that provides relief from stinging pests on the property and poolside (push-button mist-on-demand controls).

A TREASURE CHEST OF DELIGHT:

The property sits in the middle of the "Treasure Coast". To this very day, gold doubloons, pieces of eight & other Spanish treasure still wash up along Hutchinson Island, after big storms. (Complimentary beach-comber metal-detectors and instructions are provided.)

HELP PRESERVE OUR PRISTINE AREA

The river is considered among the most biologically rich & environmentally sensitive estuary in North America. Our owners avidly support local environmental groups, contributing millions in recent decades.

Help preserve our area:

* Don't approach dolphins, sea turtles & manatees (often seen near the end of the dock). These are protected species. The offshore marine patrol prosecutes aggressively.
* Please clean up after a successful day fishing. Discard all hooks, line & litter.

Cancellability applies only to the 2-house property as a single reservation. You may not cancel "one half" of the reservation (i.e., one house) & keep the other house. (If you believe you may need to do so, please book each home under a separate individual reservation)
