"To nights in double room with garden view. Reception was down one floor from the entrance. Elevator was out of service and no offer to help with luggage (other reviews suggest that elevator has been out for over a month). Poor air conditioning, only got down to 24,5C!. Staff did not have near the attentiveness you expect from a 5 star hotel. Location was great with short walk to Old Town and Cathedral island."

"A nice and modern budget hotel. The location is decent, being right next to the city center of Wroclaw and on a 2 minute walk from both a giant shopping mall and public transport. The 'old town' and main shopping streets are just a few minutes of walking away. The rooms were modern, functional and properly clean. Expect no frills, but everything just works as intended. A big plus is that they had implemented sufficient power outlets in the room, which, surprisingly, still isn't a given in most hotels these days. I'm also a fan of their keyless door mechanism. Check in was rather slow, though, and it seemed that they had some issues with the system when I tried to do so, as they only found parts of my reservation. I hope it was just a hiccup and nothing structural. Fortunately, staff stayed friendly and professional and kept a constructive tone all the time. Overall I'm happy with my stay and will certainly consider staying here again. "

"We are three friends who had had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blue Wroclaw. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything we wanted and a bit more. The possibility to order freshly made avocado toast and omelette added something special. The room service was good and quick. We highly recommend the hotel and we ll be back. "
