Welcome to our beautiful house in Stroumbi. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Stroumbi is conveniently located equal distances from Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis/Latchi….. so although having your own private pool, the beach is no more than 20 minutes away!
The local shop is well stocked and is a 1 minute drive or 5 minutes walk. Several large supermarkets now provide online shopping and home delivery- you can arrange a delivery for when you arrive.

There are several restaurants and taverns in close proximity and even a ‘Gin Bar’ and several excellent winery’s.

Stroumbi is only 5 minutes drive from Minthis Hills Golf Course and 20 minutes from the award winning PGA course at Aphrodite Hills.

With stunning views towards the sea and towards the Troodos mountains, Stroumbi is perfectly located for those of you who enjoy walking and hiking and is excellent for bird watching as is on a migration route. Eagles and kites are often seen overhead.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains twin beds.
As one bedroom is downstairs with it's own en-suite, this villa is ideal for extended family groups.

There are 3 bathrooms, all en-suite.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- A/C is included within the price and total electricity is included in the price up to 300kw per week. Excessive use of the A/C will result in a charge of 0.30 cents per kw. (This will be deducted from your rental deposit).
